The crews that came were friendly and professional and did a beautiful job. We love the finished look . We could not be more pleased with the work Lia Construction does. This is the third time we have used them and every time they have done beautiful work. The project was completed quickly with no delays. We would recommend them for any project.

LIA Construction did a great job with our kitchen remodel. No one likes living through the construction and dust and lack of a kitchen and having work crews in your home for weeks. But our end result was beautiful. 7 weeks start to finish. All our questions were answered and when a couple situations came up that we weren’t originally expecting to do, (like replacing the entire kitchen flooring with new tile), LIA handled everything professionally and in a timely manner. We went from a small, non-user friendly kitchen to a kitchen that seems to have doubled in counter space and workable areas and is so much more functional. Thank you Dror and Rema and José and William and Walter and Arbie and everyone else that worked on our kitchen. We are very happy clients and we would recommend LIA Construction without hesitation. We love our new kitchen.

Had to replace our entire master bathroom shower stall as it was causing leaks and consequently water damage. We hired LIA and they did not disappoint us. They negotiated generously on a quote for our remodel. They also installed and painted some walls and ceiling that was removed from the water damage. The shower stall was a simple project but they did a fantastic job. They were also gracious enough to dispose our old shower stall and glass door.

We love our new kitchen quartz countertops!! Rema Hannabass, Opertions Director at Lia Construction was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end of the project. She helped us with design ideas to keep within our budget. She provided options and always got back to us when we had questions The customer service was outstanding and Rema went above and beyond to transform my kitchen. The work was completed within the 2 days. Coordinating the subcontractors - plumber- electrician and painter along with Arby (spelling?) and the gentleman that cut and installed the quartz countertops did a fantastic job. They are very skilled workers and also installed plastic sheeting to contain the mess and cleaned up all debris at the end of the job. Definitely would use Lia Construction for any future projects.

TERRIBLE workmanship and CUSTOMER service!! We paid for services that are sub standard and wonâ t pass inspection. They DIDNâ T want us to get a permit and now we know why!! The workmanship is HORRIBLE!! We have had 3 different contractors come inspection and they all said they donâ t know how the plans and work should have been approved! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Dror is the owner and after canceling our project has yet to attempt to resolve our issues.

Competitive pricing, employees were on time, worked hard, friendly and had excellent workmanship. Customer Service excellent, Supervisor visited often to make sure work was excellent and timely. It was one stop shopping and cabinetry hand crafted on site. Electrician, plumber, painter, installers, etc. Were all employees which made scheduling easier.

I have absolutely nothing but praise for this company. Rema was our point person and she absolutely understood what my vision was for the remodel. They quick, efficient, neat and very professional. I will definitely be hiring them for our future remodeling projects.

WOW! WOW! WOW! What a great experience we had with Lia Construction and Best Buy Cabinets. From the first phone call with Rema and setting up an appointment with Doug, the process was seamless. Doug was terrific to work with. His only goal was for us to be happy with what we wanted for our kitchen remodel. There was no pressure to make an agreement or sign a proposal. It was totally up to us to do our due diligence with other companies and then make a decision. Our decision to go with Lia was the right one. We were given a quote and the company honored the quote. Surprise! Working with Rema and Jessie at the office was a pleasure. They responded to all requests quickly with a smile in their voice. The quality of the cabinets is great. The work done was perfect. All of the team members that worked at our home were wonderful. The owner, Dror, came by often to check progress of the work being done and address any concerns we might have. Plumbers, electrician, cabinet installers and finish craftsmen became like part of our family. We miss them. Do not hesitate to contact Lia for a consultation!

LIA Construction is wonderful! Kudos to Rema, Jessie, Ely and Dror... and Doug (our first contact). During the Kitchen renovation, there were times of miscommunications but as soon as I let any of the above know, they were right on it. They have a vast crew of workers who sometimes need to be looked on once and a while and there was sometimes a language barrier - all I had to do is mention to the "dream team" and the issues went away! They worked every day - even Sunday's and when I had a death in the family, they respected me by giving me a few days with no workers arriving. The crew made suggestions and researched all kinds of fixtures and different types of materials for us. Rema and Jessie worked tirelessly in that department! I could always reach someone by phone or text at any time, even on Sundays! I would definitely recommend LIA Construction to anyone asking!

They worked every. They were on time. They were very good at what they do. I would recommend them to every body!

It appeared that there was a lack of communication between the trades and the home office, They forgot to bring the drip caps when they installed the counter top.

They returned my calls/emails. The estimator was prompt and the price was fair. The crew came in and was conscientious about my stuff while doing the work.

Doug, (sales), reassured us that we would be pleased with our renovation and it would take about 4-6 weeks. He was very pleasant, optimistic and informed us that they had all of their own crew. After 6 bids, we went with LIA Construction. The first 30 days were great with communication and our project manager David B. consistently reassured us that everything would be **amazing**. After the first 30 days, communication completely fell off and I found myself chasing him for responses. This is also when I found out that some of their people are sub-contractors. Many days workers would not show up or say theyd return later and never did. This became very frustrating waiting at home not knowing if someone was going to show up each day. There were no delays in supplies or products, there were no moving of walls, but my renovation took 3 months. I was constantly told (after finally getting a hold of someone) that someone was showing up and I was misled too many times, week after week. I was beyond frustrated and my patience had run out. If I had the option to part ways with them sooner, I would have. I am not satisfied with the work they did ? poor grouting on my shower floor, vinyl flooring (small area they added to existing flooring) keeps popping up from not being glued down properly, they also cut a post tension cable in my slab (which they repaired) but didnt advise me until I asked, and they mis-cut the vanity quartz top which they had to redo and did not see it as a priority to get done. We were always accommodating with our time, practically begging them to show up and get the job done. Ive learned my lesson and will never use nor recommend them again.

Some of the Nice's people I have ever had the pleasurer to meet and work with . There fast and keep the job sit clean , Dror the owner came out and gave me a price did all the Drawing for the job , They do what they say there going to do on time and within budget . Dror invited my wife and I to come down to his shop where his people build the cabernets and we also saw his Granit shop and stone workers . this is a family owned company and operated company and I would highly recommend them if you have a project you are thinking of doing .There prices are very completive and you get your money's worth.
