Description of Work: Installed a new air conditioning unit in my daughters house. Had previously obtained a quote, then called on Tuesday and they installed on Wednesday as scheduled and as planned. Now ready for the long hot summer with a great new and large air conditioning unit! Service was polite and very accommodating.

Description of Work: My husband and I purchased our home in Vegas at the end of 2012. The air conditioner was a 1993 model. While it passed the home inspection I was concerned with the programmable thermostat working correctly during the upcoming summer of 2013. Apparently it did not. That's when I went on |Angie's list and called Larson Air to service the unit and replace the thermostat. The technician from Larson Air did find some items that he felt needed to be addressed even though the unit would most likely survive another year. I was given a quote for those items But my husband and I felt |since we were doing some remodeling and the cost of those items would be about half of the cost of a new unit that it would be best to wait and replace the unit in the future. The technician seemed to have a change in his demeanor but did service the unit and made sure the unit was working properly. Would I use Larson Air again? Yes
