Larson Air

It was extremely great! I like Larson. They always tell me what are their recommendations are on the things that I will be needing for my compressor.

They did a good job! I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them again this Fall for the heating tune up!

Not good,still leaking

Within 10 minutes of him leaving the A/C goes off again. I called him back and asked him to come back out to recheck it and he said, the unit is 20 years old and there was nothing else he could do and that I needed to by a whole new system. So, I call someone else out the next morning and they said it was just over heated because I needed to clean out my vents. I was also told, (and already knew) that the unit was only 14 years old and I there was nothing wrong with the unit I have and that I did not need a new unit. They also informed me that he took out the 60 Amp and replaced it for a 40 Amp. I will never use these cheating ripoff people again nor recommend them to anyone. All they want is money and they don't even do the job! I give them a "F" Rating!!!

Very smooth install, Travis and his team are awesome. Explained everything in detail from start to finish.

The technician, Tom, showed up right in the middle of the expected time frame of the appointment. He rapidly determined the cause of the malfunction and offered two options to correct it. I chose the second, longer duration, more expensive option. The choices were clear and there was no pressure at all. Within 30 minutes of the choice, the problem was corrected. I am very satisfied with the speed of response to the call and the resolution of the problem.

We worked totally with Larson Air, for our home, our rentals, and our children's homes. The last time we worked with them, we had bought a Groupon for the homes. Our home worked out great, one rental that they knew was ours was great, however, 3 homes the worker wrote the exact same thing as being wrong. Had them checked out by another company, nothing was wrong. We haven't used then since!

No problem since. Had been thinking of replacing entire unit (14 years old) but seems to be working fine, so will hold off a while.

Maintenance call went fine without a problem.

We have been using Larson Air for years. Our a/c system finally broke and needed to be replaced. We got some quotes from other companies and Larson provided the best price. They installed the new system that day, which was during a horrible heat wave we were having. We were comfortable the rest of the summer.

They were not hired to do the work because I found out the work would be covered under a home policy by another company. However, this company seemed to be really knowledgeable and the work that was done lined up with their estimate. Thanks, Angie's List, for the help.

Crew showed up at 10 AM (a little later than expected - minor critique). Worked all day in and out of the house until installation of new AC unit was completed around 9:30PM. Tested the furnace and AC and cleaned up when done. Hard working, very polite crew. Price was very good for a complete AC installation and Angie's list coupon helped.

They were referred to us by a realtor. They came and checked out the place while we were still living in Tennessee. They kept us informed right away of what they found. They called us with a decision to make and we made it. They had all the work done before we got out here. We had no problems with them. We didn’t compare the price. We would use them again

They are wonderful. Absolutely, I would give them an A. I had used them before because I had a slight problem last year and a major problem this year. I would grade them in all areas and would recommend them to anybody. They are really super good.

I wanted to replace my AC before the summer hit because it screws up and fails every summer. I had three companies come out and Larson Air is by far the best out there, they were knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. Larson was able to pick the perfect unit for my house and replace it within days. Mike made sure all of our concerns were noted and fixed. The installers were polite and efficient and we had cool air in just a few hours! They even came in and gave us a tutorial on the new thermostat we purchased from them! They were wonderful! I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and everyone!

Peace of Mind is Wonderful! Thank You technicians Vincent, and Travis, and I believe the receptionist is Laney? It is nice to work with some professionals for a change. Yes, My "home warranty" contractors fixed it wrong, so I called Larson Air to fix it correctly. I cannot emphasize it enough, but Larson Air is VERY solid and professional....what a world of difference.

Larson was very rude to me when I told them another company came out and cleaned something instead of replacing what Larson said. Would never recommend Larson again. Make sure you do your homework as many of these companies will take advantage of home owners by not being honest and charging for un-necessary services.

The capacitor gave out in less than 4 months, but Larson Air only warranties their work for 30 days (under industry standard). Larson Air would not pay for the replacement, even though the other company which replaced the capacitor said they warranty their capacitors for a full year AND any decent capacitor should last 3-8 YEARS. The representative from Larson Air was not helpful and largely ignored attempts from me as a client (and paying customer) to receive a partial refund for work poorly done and a junky part installed. Not a good experience. I wouldn't recommend going here. Try a different place and check their warranties first! If they won't warranty their own work for a decent amount of time, do you really want to trust the quality of the work they do?
