As you can see I never got any service from Jump 2 Plumbing. The $29 service deal was no deal! I called another plumber, paid another service call. He answered my call, fixed it and was very timely. One of my New Year's resolutions is to discontinue my membership with Angie's List. As a single senior female I need something more dependable then that....

see above for start to finish. I will honestly never purchase a coupon again because it is obviously a way for a vendor to get their foot in the door. I want to believe that not everyone is as greedy as this company but it just left such a bad taste that I am wary to ever trust anyone again.

I called him to come out and he said he would be out the next day. He called my husband at 7:30 AM that day and said he was cancelling. He said some customers cancel on him, so he was just going to cancel on us first. So, I didn't get the work done. He also told us when we did speak that it would cost us a lot more than what we had already paid for the deal.

Service performed was good, but did not like when repairmen tried to convenience me to replace toilet connections to wall on all toilets, where there was no problem.

Darrick was supposed to arrive between 2-4:00 PM. He called about 4:15PM saying he was on his way, but didn't arrive until 4:45PM. He got right to work explaining that he'd been caught in heavy Friday afternoon traffic. He was very efficient and tidy. Darrick has a professional appearance and a pleasant demeanor. My toilet is flushing like new.

Purchased $29 service call coupon. Difficult to set up appt and then technician rescheduled, followed by no show. Owner got involved and said tech was sick. Next someone did come out. $29 service call paid was not applied to work performed. Spent another $150+ to have toilet rehabbed. 3 weeks later it was leakign again. Called Pro-Serv (AAAA++++) and their $69 service call dollars are used towards cost of repair. They replaced worn out toilet parts and it is finally working fine. Will not use Jump to It Plumbing again.

They wanted another $95.00 for a half hour job.

THE WORST SERVICE FROM BEGINNING TO END! DID NOT COMPLETE JOB AND OVERCHARGED! Don't Hire This Guy! Arrived Late, No courtesy call. Walks up to my house & starts kicking at the front access pipe. Very disrespectful of people's time AND property, (first impression). Without any explanation, says he needs to rod drain from the toilet. That removing the toilet would cost me $150. Demeanor was hostile but I needed more information. Asked him to tell me and specifically show me why. Front Access Pipe was loose and possibly broken(Perhaps he shouldn't have kicked at it then, just a thought) Agreed to the extra cost. RIPS my toilet off the drain or at least thats what it sounded like! Was horrified! Starts violently rodding drain. I provided towels to use with clean-up. Had kicked them aside. Got Sewage water and waste all over my bathroom floor while violently jamming the drain rod down the pipe. Proceeded to track waste water throughout my house when exiting and entering, slamming my front door every time in the process! (MY NEIGHBORS CAME AND CHECKED ON ME IT WAS SO LOUD! IT SCARED THEM!) I too had genuinely become scared of this guy. Although rough around the edges, to say the least, I figured he would get the job done. FAIL! He was unable clear the blockage. Said it would be another $90 bucks to use a longer rod with Blades on the end to help cut through the blockage. I agreed, the toilet was already off so I figured why not. So he proceeded to make an even bigger mess! Sewer water everywhere, Staining My Grout! My Off-White, Sealed Grout! Finally comes out of my bathroom with sad face & explains that he wasn't able to clear the blockage. His guess was that it was a broken pipe. My guess was that HE probably busted the pipe with his unnecessary use of force. He very graciously offered to charge me only $75 bucks, cash only. OVERCHARGING ME $75 dollars for services not rendered! What a guy! While I was getting the money it got even worse! Asks me if I had a boyfriend, if it was just me alone living in the house; basically the most inappropriate small talk ever! I paid him, if only to just get him out of my house!! Once he left and I locked my door I went into my bathroom. Sewage everywhere, toilet paper and debris that had been pulled out of the drain in clumps all over the floor. He took my toilet flange with him including the fittings, My guess is that he either broke it off and disposed of it or he took it to use as material for his next job. Either way, shady. To top it all off, HE BROKE 2 TILES IN MY BATHROOM! I had just had it re-tiled too. Called him and he denied breaking the tiles and was SUPER RUDE to me. Said the tiles were not his problem nor was the mess he left. Im not sure what this guys problem was. He walks in late and gives me attitude. Makes a complete mess of my house and damages property in the process. I just couldn't believe it! It was only later that I realized he didn't even provide me the Free Televising that came with the Angie's List Deal! Hired and they cleared the blockage. Bought a new toilet flange and put the toilet back on myself. Dug up around valve opening and fixed my Front Access Pipe, myself. Turns out it just needed a new rubber coupling. For $175 I learned a very hard lesson. That just because it's an Angie's List Deal, it doesn't mean you won't be exposing yourself to horiible service and an even more horrible person. If I end up dead or missing you can find my killer on Angie's List. Thanks Angie

I was very happy with the plumber that came out. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant and I felt comfortable dealing with him. Sorry, I've forgotten his name. I purchased 2 new bathroom vanities with drawers to replace 2 vanities without drawers in my very small bathrooms. After purchasing the vanities, I realized that the drain pipes coming out of the wall might be in the way of the drawers. Not being a plumber, I did not know if a change could be made to accommodate the new cabinets with drawers and had no idea what the cost would be if the pipes could be moved. I didn't want to pay the normal fee for a plumber's service call to get this information, and an estimate of what the work would cost. I was given two estimates: $500 to move cast iron drain pipes in two bathrooms and install two vanities and an estimate of $297 to install two vanities without drawers (that would not require moving the drain pipes), if I chose to return the vanities I purchased and buy different vanities without drawers that would not interfere with existing plumbing. Based on these estimates, I decided to return the vanities with drawers and purchase vanities that would not require moving the drain pipes. I was told they would honor the coupon if I decided to have them come back and do the work. Ultimately, I've decided to have one of the bathrooms completely remodeled and decided to use a contractor to do that, so they will install the vanities. If I were not doing a remodel, I would have used their services.

The plumber had all the parts needed, gave an estimate that was spot on, and performed the work quickly and efficiently. We are pleased with the results.

Brief Summary: 1. No phone manners and never provided his name only that of company which is a basic must for any business and a tone and sound of disinterest regarding my issue on both calls. 2. Tried to diagnose the problem over the phone and did not attempt to or offer to reschedule After seeing the discount coupon promotional offer for plumbing service call offered by Angie's list I decided I'd give Jump 2 It Plumbing a call for a small issue that I'd been putting off. I called the phone number to schedule an appointment. I spoke to a male, who did not provide or give his first name on either of my calls but it was the same person, and told him of what I needed looked at and the problem. Because I needed time to move furniture around, so he'd have easy access to the area needing inspection, I scheduled appointment out about 5 days. Jump 2 It Plumbing was supposed to show up between 11am - 1pm on Monday Oct 1. By 3:45pm the day of appointment, after I had moved all furniture from the work area over the weekend, nobody from Jump 2 It showed up nor did I ever receive a call. I then called Jump 2 It at same phone number I scheduled with, and the same guy answered. Again he did not ever say his first name and answered only as Jump 2 It Plumbing. He acted as if he'd never talked to me or even had scheduled an appointment. I know for fact it was the same man because his phone manners on both calls were exactly the same as well as his tone. He seemed put off I called nor did he apologize for not showing up. Instead he then attempted to diagnose by phone what the problem was, then gave me a quote to fix it of around $120 and asked if that would be a problem. His tone was less than friendly and sounded more along the lines that he was qualifying me as to if I could afford to pay for the services. When I mentioned the special he said that was just to get someone out for the service call not for the repair. I advised him I knew what I was paying for and said because he did not bother calling, and acted as if he knew nothing of the appointment, again not one time did he apologize for the inconvenience, I told him to forget it I'd call Lang Plumbing as they've done reputable repair for me and people in our area. At this time he became somewhat defensive and stated they'd charge a lot more for the repair and are more expensive at which I said I'd make other arrangements and I disconnected the call. Never am I interested in paying someone for services who does not value my time, does not even attempt at giving an apology, and who only wanted to diagnose as well as qualify the fact that I can afford to pay them once they arrive. I don't do business this way.

Very unreliable. Twice made an appointment and twice they broke it with no call on either one. You would think after the first one he would be on his toes a little more. He said I would be his first appointment today, but once again he is a no call/no show.

I used the team at Jump 2 It Plumbing for a plumbing job I needed done. The guys at Jump 2 It was very friendly and professional. The owner was the actual tech who came out to fix the problem which he was able to do in the time frame he stated. I ended up needed having a kitchen faucet replaced as well as my garbage disposal. I would use him again in the future.

They came over pretty fast and were done in less than an hour. So the experience was very convenient and with our any hassle what so ever.
