Description of Work: It was the water hose replacement. e.Seems none of mine were needing replacement.. So, I gave technician another job instead , replacing a bad part on bidet...He said it was a custom order and took note.....Never heard from company for two months... When calling to inquire, no one knew of any such service....Not willing to go through records, but mentioned that possibly the fellow was one no longer with their company.....

Description of Work: Horrible experience I had a real bad experience and would recommend others to avoid the service. I am asking for a refund as no work was done. I booked $99 services from Angie's list big deal. A guy was supposed to show up at 930 am but cat and mouse game started and after multiple phone calls, he showed up at 1pm. I showed him the faucet that need work and the clogged drained. he made faces and asked me about Angie's list as he was "not familiar" with it. I showed him the full coupon and email from Angie's list. He said that he allots advance hours to jobs. Faucet work is two hours plus his drive time to and from my house. Drain is another hour and he charges 95$ an hour. I told him that this is not what the coupon says amd i need to talk to Angie's list about it. He went out and talked on the phone with some one and came back saying that they are not interested and I should contact another company. Painful experience. AVOID please.

Description of Work: I purchased the coupon and called the service provider twice and he said he was all booked up and to call back later. I would like a refund.

Description of Work: At first the repairman was unable to arrive during the hours we had agreed upon because he was swamped with responses to this special offer. It might have been better if he had explained this and we had set up a later date. On the third try he clearly didn't want to let me down again and drove from across town, and when he was unable to repair my faucet I gave him $25 for his effort. I have an unusual faucet/irrigation hookup and neither he nor I realized that this would be a problem.

Description of Work: The service to be performed was the install of a RO system in the kitchen. I called after purchasing the $99 coupon to schedule for service on 4/2/2013. I was given a service appointment between 10-12. My wife was at home waiting until 1215 when I called to find out what was going on. They did not call me, I called them! I was told there was a delay due to mechanical issues with transportation and it would be another 1 1/2 hours. 1:45 arrived and still no technician or phone call. This is when the cat and mouse began and I was told it would probably be another hour. At this point I was done and wish I had used the previous plumbing company. At this point I want a refund so I can select another company! I will never use this company again!

Description of Work: 1. Repaired leaking shower head by replacing internal worn parts of the shower control. 2. Requested estimate to replumb drain lines beneath the kitchen sink. Plumber provided total cost in writing which we found acceptable and work was performed during the same visit. 3. The only negative comment we have is the plumber failed to wipe up shower floor and adjacent area of water/dirt caused by his shoe tracks. 4. The work performed was done to our satisfaction and no subsequent problems have occurred.
