We recently had the pleasure of working with Jerezee Construction on a full home remodel, and we must say, we are thoroughly impressed with their work. The project manager assigned to my home renovation, Dor, was outstanding. Their bid was extremely thorough and presented amazingly. Dor oversaw the renovation of three full bathrooms, fireplace, all light fixtures, countertops, carpet, and paint. The final outcome was simply stunning. Throughout the entire process, Dor's communication and support were impeccable. He was always available to answer any questions we had and provide guidance when needed. The team members that worked on our home were very professional, and we appreciated their attention to detail. One of the most impressive things about working with Jerezee Construction was their design support. Dor was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent advice that helped me make informed decisions as was Clara. Any hiccups that arose during the project were quickly resolved, and we felt that we were in good hands at all times. Overall, our experience with Jerezee Construction and their project manager, Dor, was outstanding. The final result of out home renovation exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of high-quality construction services.

Everyone has been very nice to talk and interact with, as well as welcoming. They renovated the whole Master bathroom and replaced the flooring as well in the master bedroom, they even worked on the guest bathroom as well. They are very hard working people and they got everything done in less time than my grandmother and i thought it would be done. Ilan, Ian, Candace and David, we thank you for all that you have done for us with the house and we really appreciated all that you've done for us in the process. Do not hesitate to use them for any project. They completely gutted my master bathroom down to the studs and replaced everything, painted and cleaned up. Everything turned out beautifully and the communication was perfect along the way. Great people to work with from beginning to end. From quoting, bidding, implementing and especially design and purchasing ! Even the painters were excellent and very considerate. No stress on making payments along the way..they were extremely professional and documented all steps. I will use Jerzee for future renovations as well.

We were especially concerned moving to a new home and area and not having a good foundation for word-of-mouth references to go by. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jerezee for any remodel, renovation, or landscaping project. My husband and I had a fairly extensive project for our home including bathrooms, flooring, interior and exterior paint, laundry room, interior railings, new doors, windows, and landscaping. Jerezee does fantastic quality work at a reasonable price, plus they provide great recommendations and flexible options to meet your budget. They also communicate well and show up when they say they will. They are the first place we call when we need work done on our home!

KITCHEN GUT & REMODEL- This was the most seamless remodel we have ever experienced. Yaneer was at the job site EVERY day to check on the quality of work and to keep these skilled tradesmen on time from electrical to plumbing. Every one at Jerezee Construction from my 1st chat with Ian to Heather, Yaneer, Hector, Manny & all of the tradesmen that were part of delivering our dream kitchen were extremely professional, amazing craftsmanship from flooring, backsplash, custom cabinets, I could go on but I will run out of characters. We received a text every night with what was happening the following day. I wanted to adopt half the men that built this amazing kitchen, all were so great and respectful of our house & 2 Golden Retriever puppies constantly trying to distract them. Our entire 1st floor (not just the Kitchen) was cleaned by a professional crew at the end of the remodel. They don't leave anything to chance. From start to finish I have not a complaint to say. No horror stories or unfinished work. Thank you to everyone at Jerezee for standing behind exactly what they promised.

Bathroom remodels can be intimidating. Hiring the right contractor is the major decision in the process. Jerezee Construction sent their Project Manager Ilan Sandler out to give us one of their free estimates. Of the three contractors who submitted bids, Ilan's was by far the most professional presentation. This first bid was exactly what we wanted done. But again we hesitated. After my wife and I discussed some of their suggestions we contacted them for an updated bid. This time we signed the dotted line and the Jerezee Team was off and running. Every member of the team was professional and most important to me, timely. Construction was completed a few days earlier than estimated and everything is top notch. We are very happy with the entire Jerezee Team. The best recommendation I can give them is this: They are my first call for my next construction project.

Jerezeee Construction is focused on the team approach to a complete and successful project. Our project manager, Dor Avrahami is adept at both design and execution and he communicated well. They also make you feel like family! Our master bathroom was completely renovated and a contractor was always at the site each day. No project is perfect, that being said, any issues we stumbled upon was addressed and handled expeditiously by Dor. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up and completed projects as scheduled. There are many aspects of building your dream shower, be sure to discuss with Dor extensively on all your decision making of shower components placement. I have done several remodels in 3 different houses over the last 30 years, and working with Jerezee on my kitchen/laundry room total redo in Las Vegas has been the easiest, most efficient, and stressless of the three. They communicated with us constantly. The workers were skillful, polite, and took pride in doing a good job. Iâ m planning on a bathroom remodel in a year or two, and I wonâ t hesitate to hire them again.

This was a wonderful experience, project stayed on schedule. Coordinated the work precisely. Alway on time and completing their project on time. Never had any no shows- every scheduled work crew arrived as per the schedule. Their workmanship was above and beyond. Great pride in their work. My project was completed in a surprising record time. I just wanted to recommend Jersey Construction for your construction needs. My wife and I wanted to do a complete remodel to our Master Bathroom. We knew the project was going to be significant and we were new to the area. We contacted 3 companies to attain quotes as this was an extensive project. We received all three and made the decision to go with Jersey Construction. Roy with Jersey Construction came out and did a through walkthrough the home, shad us preview pictures of projects he had done in the past, and, come to find out he had done one in our area. He was thorough, and a great resource for ideas we didnâ t even think about. He had an incredible team of professionals that were fantastic to work with, From the deconstruction team to the framers, Drywall pros, Electricians, plumber, flooring and tile group as well as an incredible Granite company to work with headed by Guavanne. (we chose to do the entire shower enclosure with Granit and that was quite the undertaking.) When they told us they would be there at 8 they meant it. Everyone was prompt, on time, cleaned up every single day and left with smiles on their faces. It was a wonderful experience for us and we greatly appreciate all the hard work they put into our home. We now have a Master Bathroom unlike any other in town. Thank you so much for your professionalism, expertise, and willingness to adapt to our requests. You made this easy for us!!

We had Jerezee Construction do a remodel of our master and guest bathrooms, after interviewing 9 other firms. They came out to talk to us and take measurements and pictures, then met at their company office a few days later and were given a folder with their bid proposal. It included a detailed list of tasks to complete our project, copies of their licenses and insurance coverage, and the bid and stages of payment. We met members of their team, including Dor, who would be our project manager, and Jacie, who would help us select tile, fixtures, and other needed materials. We reviewed and updated the plans they drew from our conversation, measurements and pictures. Their bid was labor only, with us providing the tile and fixtures. The cost was in the upper mid-range of the bids we had received from the other companies. We selected them because we felt most comfortable that we would get the result we wanted. They were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and listened to our needs and desires. While the work was being done, Dor called or stopped by almost every day to ask how we were doing and check on what was being done. We were on a group text with them so our questions were answered promptly. In the evenings we would get a text saying who and when someone would be coming to our house to work the next day. The workers were prompt, courteous and efficient. The work was done as scheduled and was completed ahead of time! Any situation that occurred, Jerezee Construction took care of it. We had no concerns about what or how the work was to be done! The price stayed the same, no extra charges or surprises at the end. It was a great experience!

Very pleasant to work with. Everything was installed to my specifications and in a timely manner. Had 2 bathrooms remodeled and they look great! We definitely plan on using them again and would highly recommend them.

We could not be happier with how our remodeled kitchen and master bathroom turned out with Jerzees Construction. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Some co workers have had remodels going on at the same time - every time we discuss our experiences, they can't believe we haven't had any problems. Roye is very professional, communicates frequently and clearly. He, or one of his foreman, but most often, Roye, comes on site when work is going on and oversees it himself. We bought a home while traveling in Europe with only a Facetime walkthrough with our realtor. We knew renovations were necessary. Although I planned to use our previous contractor, I decided to request a bid from Jerezee and was so glad I did. Hereâ s what I loved: Ilan first came to our home and video recorded his thoughts as we discussed renovations to our kitchen and master bath and closet. A few days later he invited us to the Jerezee office for a bid presentation where we met Alex and others. The presentation was clear with illustrations, examples, and a final document with proposed costs. No pressure and great discussion about options, the process, and timeline for completion. We were impressed with details and the cost was within our budget. We signed the contract on the spot. Jerezeeâ s bid included time with a designer, Heather, who was vital to the outstanding results. She met with us at vendor locations, helped us select cabinets, tile and other items, and sometimes ordered from Build.com to get a great discount. Heather was available for questions and help throughout the entire project. Jerezee requires all materials to be on-site before the project begins. This wasnâ t a problem because we did not want to start the project right away. A week before they started, Alex and Ilan took inventory of all the items in our garage and reviewed the overall schedule. We departed for 2 weeks during the demolition. Ilan sent photos or Facetimed almost every day to keep us informed and ask questions. All projects have a few surprises and ours was no exception. However, Ilan and Alex were quick to address unexpected issues. More importantly, all subs arrived on time, focused on tasks, and completed high quality work. I would work with Ilan, Alex, Heather, and Jerezee again without hesitation! Canâ t say enough good things about our experience. We love our new kitchen and master bath & closet!

erezee Construction is the BEST. They were so awesome to work with. From the office to the people in our home working. Everyone was always very professional. I highly recommend Jerezee Construction. One thing that I really appreciated was the communication. They did a great job at communicating start times and with relaying messages from the workers to the project managers to the project managers to the office people! Things ran smoothly. Another thing is they are understanding. They want YOU, the customer to be happy. They are helpful and have a great process is place for jobs to run smoothly! Also their actual work is amazing. The final walk-through of our completed bathroom the project Manager and noticed things that I didnâ t noticed and got them fixed right away. Example small paint drips or a grout thing. All we can say is “WOW”! We are so happy with our remodel by Jerezee! We had our kitchen, main bathroom, and guest bathroom completely gutted and renewed. We spoke with two other contractors and picked Jerezee based on the quality of their quote presentation, staff, and our main contact Roye. Also, their pricing and contract documents were very fair. Upon leaving their office after our initial consultation, we definitely felt we would be in good hands with Jerezee. They have a great team of people to help you through the remodel process. The end result was fabulous; we love everything they installed. Jerezee’s attention to detail and follow up was excellent. Roye and/or Alex visited every day to check on progress and answer any questions we had. The crews they sent over to complete each phase of work were on-time and professional. Specifically, the electricians, the plumbers, countertop fabricators, cabinet builders, tile installers, and finishing crew were exceptional. We greatly appreciated the attention to detail and the effort to complete the job right. Obtaining materials for the job went easier than expected with Jerezee’s assistance (Thank you Heather!).
