We recently moved into a new home in Las Vegas. Our new house did not have a fireplace, so we contacted a contractor to build a faux wall for an electric fireplace and TV insert. The contractor built the framing, and then he ghosted us. After several days of calling and getting quotes, I decided to move forward with Jerezee Construction, and Iâ m happy we did. Not only was the price fair, but they also uncovered the new framing from the previous contractor was leaning forward and not straight, which Jerezee Construction corrected. On day one, they made sure our floors were protected and partitioned the kitchen from the living room with heavy industrial zipped curtain walls so dust wouldnâ t be all over the downstairs area. I was instantly impressed with the level of cleanliness and professionalism of the workers at Jerezee Construction. Every evening, I received a text message for the next day's schedule, again impressive. Jerezee Construction even sent out one of the project managers, which I did not expect, to check on the job. Again, it is impressive how Jerezee Construction goes the extra mile. I was so blown away by their pricing, quality, and professionalism that I hired Jerezee Construction to complete my other project, adding soft closure and hardware handles to my existing cabinets and an interior door upstairs. And again, Jerezee Construction sent another project manager to inspect that work. Working with Ilan, Ian, and their project managers and workers was a pleasure. Jerezee Construction just completed a primary bathroom project for us and we could not have asked for a better, more professional five-star experience! We had just purchased a new build home and were underwhelmed with the builder grade combo fiberglass shower/tub in the primary bathroom. The flooring and mirror had to go too! We got quotes from several other contractors but were most impressed with the professionalism, communication and services offered by Ilan Sandler and the entire Jerezee team. We were provided with a designer, Clara, to accompany us in person to select the tile and stone materials we needed. She created an online shopping list of additional products to consider and guided us through the process. Every day of the project we received updates from our amazing project manager David. We knew in advance who would be coming, when and what the plan was for the day. If we ever had any questions or concerns, David or Manuel promptly responded and resolved our issues. All of the artisans were true crafts people and the tile work is ART! Every person who came to the house was pleasant and helpful and listened patiently to our questions and met every request with patience and a smile. The team took care to seal off the work area to cut down on dust and dirt but yet installed a zipper system so we could still gain access to the area when needed. This kind of project can be stressful and frustrating but the Jerezee team made it the least painful construction project we have ever experienced and gave us an amazing finished project that actually exceeded our expectations as well. We are excited about doing some upgrades in our kitchen with Jerezee as well!

Jerezee Construction is a class act. In seeking a firm to remodel a guest bath they stood out in every respect from initial contact, during construction and in final approval. The staff was excellent to work with and accommodating in every respect from the office staff to the team performing the work. The design team was terrific in helping me decide on layouts and materials to be utilized. I was unable to be around my home for most of the work to be done. Jerezee remodeled our 2 bathrooms to make both more functional. We were very happy with the results.

First let me say how pleased we are with our new kitchen. The footprint was not changed but it seems bigger and definitely brighter. Our 20 year old home needed a kitchen refresh. We wanted to drop the pony peninsula wall down to counter height, replace the granite, sink and backsplash. Deciding on the type of material for the countertop was harder than we thought it would be. Finding the right person to fabricate and install it was even more challenging. We spoke to a number of contractors and got several bids. After speaking with Ilan with Jerezee Construction, the decision was easy. Ilan visited twice, the first time was to get the scope of the work, then he came back with a very detailed plan of action. He explained how they would begin the job on a Monday and would be completely finished by Friday. He told us that on Monday they prepare the work area with protective walls to contain any dust and loose material from getting into the rest of our house and start the demolition of the old countertop. On Tuesday they would do any electrical and plumbing work. On Wednesday they would install the new countertop. On Thursday they would do any sheetrock work and finish any electrical and plumbing work. On Friday they would inspect and do any touch up that might be required and clean up the work area. He explained that we would pay a percentage of the total bill as each portion of the work was completed. Every evening Ilan called to let us know who would be coming tomorrow and their arrival time. Each trade cleaned up after themselves. The work was finished by noon on Friday. They cleaned the kitchen area, moved the refrigerator back in place and put all the drawers back in place. On Saturday the dumpster was removed. We are so thoroughly pleased with the quality of the work and the Jerezee team and would highly recommend them.

Jerezee construction went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. We knew we wanted to remodel our home when we first bought it. But looking for a trusted contractor was hard. We have never done a full remodel before and we didnâ t know where to start. We decided a while back to remodel our kitchen to update it from the standard look that comes with a Pulte home. After researching numerous companies, we decided to take a chance with Jerezee. Let me tell you something, this was the absolute best decision my wife and I couldâ ve ever made. Letâ s face it, any kind of construction on your house is a daunting task and can be incredibly stressful. From the start, Ian and the team welcomed us into their company and went right to work making us feel like we were the most important clients. They laid out the plan of the build and even aided in finding the right materials and colors we were looking for. They ultimately made it way less stressful for us. During the actual build, you can expect constant communication from the team. Jerezee provided some of the most skilled craftsmen that I have seen. The countertops were immaculate, the backsplash incredible, and the cabinet resurfacing was outstanding. In the end, Jerezee produced some absolutely incredible results. You will not go wrong with Jerezee for whatever project you have for your house. We are not done upgrading our house, and I can guarantee you, we will be going with Jerezee for our next project.

We remodeled 3 bathrooms concurrently with Jerezee. The project lasted from Memorial Day through the first week of July. Project was on budget. Communication was A+ and any concerns or mishaps that arose were addressed swiftly. Of course major remodels always cost a little more than one wants to spend however I have no regrets with choosing this team and their workmanship.

Jerezee Construction did an incredible job transforming my bathroom from a 1980s beige nightmare into a modern masterpiece! Initially, I'd only planned on having the original bath/shower combo converted into a shower, but I'm so glad I opted to have them do the entire bathroom instead! The communication throughout the construction process was very solid, and the professionalism of each individual in this company was astounding. A lovely group of people, and I will definitely be utilizing their services again!

TOP NOTCH We did a total Bathroom Remodel in our master bath. Roye came to the house and listened to our ideas and what we wanted done. A short time later we met in their office to see the design and get a quote. All done very professionally and answered any questions we asked. Communication between the office and us was absolutely great. Updates nightly informing us of the next day work to be done. Workers on every team involved showed up on time and went right to work. Tile work, great. Cabinets, great. Counter tops, great. Painting, great. Any small issues corrected immediately. We feel completely satisfied with every step of our remodel.
