The team at Jerezee Construction were amazing to work with for our primary bathtub/shower removal and renovation to a full walk in tile shower! We also had some LVP replaced, a new LED mirror installed, and new ceiling dimming lights added - all tradesman were top notch. I can't say enough about their customer service from start to finish. From Ian's initial call, to Dor's expertise, attention to detail and constant updates, to Clara's design suggestions! Everyone was on time, professional and stuck to the 3 week renovation timeline....even having a professional cleaning crew come after they were finished to clean the areas effected by the renovation! The price was very fair for the quality of work done. We are extremely satisfied with the finish project. We will absolutely use Jerezee Construction for any of our future home projects!

Our project was outstanding. Our project manager â Dorâ was in contact with us from beginning to end. He is very knowledgeable and professional and on top of things. Our designer Clara was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when we picked out our Granite slabs. Jerezee workers were on time, clean, respectful of our home, and friendly. The process from beginning to end was enjoyable with no hiccups and we love our new kitchen counter tops. Would recommend Jerezee Constructuon for your home renovations.

I was so pleased with the work that Jerezee Construction did on my bathrooms, that I hired them again to do my kitchen and living room. They are trustworthy, meticulous, and expert craftsmen. Their whole team is top notch, from their office staff to their designer and tradesmen. The process was so easy. I selected them as Ilan understood exactly what I wanted and made my vision a reality. He texted me every night to let me know what to expect the next day and Heather helped me make beautiful selections and ordered all the supplies. The project manager, David, kept me informed every step of the way. The carpentry (Juan and Manny) and the tile work (Fraser) were some of the best Iâ ve ever seen. It was a pleasure dealing with them and I even looked forward to my chats with Ian from the office! Most importantly, I couldnâ t be happier with the results!

Meeting Ilan the owner of Jerezee Construction sealed the deal. I have been very happy with the work done and all the assistance received from Jacie, David, and all the workers that have been involved in the overall completion of the remodeling. There is no hesitation as I will be using Jerezee Construction for all future projects!!

We contacted Jerezee Construction when we decided to remodel our master bathroom. We had an idea of what we wanted, but weren't quite sure what was possible. We were scheduled a consultation with Project Manager Dor by the super-friendly Ian. Dor was able to guide us in the planning and outline the remodeling process. He was upfront and honest, which earned him our trust. This is why we ultimately went with Jerezee. We needed to make sure we trusted whoever was going to work on our home. We also worked with the designer Heather to pick out materials and fixtures. Heather met with us on multiple occasions to help us shop, and lend us her keen eye for colors. I had many questions for her (some I know were silly) and she answered them all. After we had finished shopping, we were able to meet most of the people who would be performing the remodel. Construction was rapid fire. Almost every day of the week (and some weekends with my approval) we had people coming to the house to work. Every snag and concern I had was promptly addressed by Dor, solidifying the trust we placed in Jerezee. Remodeling is a stressful business, so we were very grateful to have each of our concerns addressed so quickly. When construction was finished, Dor made multiple checks to make sure everything had been touched-up and we were happy with the result. We love our new bathroom and would definitely work with Jerezee again.

Jerezee Construction has completed 3 projects for us over the last 15 months. In each case we knew what the project timeline was, we received nightly updates for the â next dayâ tasks, and they completed the projects on time. They also took care of the â little thingsâ we found along the way without hesitation.

Jerezee does quality work. They have good craftsmanship, and if thereâ s something wrong, they fix it. This is my third remodel with them and I still have one more to go.

I am more than pleased with the outcome of my kitchen and bathroom renovation. I replaced flooring throughout the house and it is beautiful. Those who have seen the final results love it. Kudos to Yaneer the project mgr who responded to my calls and answered all questions regardless of time of day, Candace the interior designer who did a fantastic job by helping me pick out materials, and for the entire team who worked together to make this unbelievable transformation.

Project Manager Keith and his team were responsive to all of my questions from start to finish. The bathroom remodel was small compared to many but Keith assured me no project was too small. I am thrilled with the result.

10/10 . I was skeptical after getting numerous bids from multiple contractors. However , After meeting with Roye with Jerezee I felt comfortable and confident about the process and understood what i was paying for. I never thought it would take an hour let alone 30 min to â designâ or come up w a plan for my new bathroom. It took as long as it took, well Over an hour.. and I must say they more than delivered. It looks amazing !! Everyone was Super professional , polite and helpful. From my personal shopper/graphic artist, that was super awesome , from tilers/ plumbers , and just everyone .I am Very pleased and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jerezee construction if you are looking to upgrade or do a bath kitchen remodel !!

I was happier with Jerezee Construction after they finished than when we started! I don't know anyone than can say that about a contractor. Roye, Ian, Cisco, Alejandro and their entire team wear always on time, professional and kept my home as clean as possible throughout the 9 week full renovation. We recently completed master bath, guest bath and laundry room renovations with Jerezee Construction. The whole experience was great and seamless from start to finish. Pricing was fair, design services were priceless, communication was frequent and thorough, work completion time was quick, and the overall quality of work was fantastic.
