First let me say how pleased we are with our new kitchen. The footprint was not changed but it seems bigger and definitely brighter. Our 20 year old home needed a kitchen refresh. We wanted to drop the pony peninsula wall down to counter height, replace the granite, sink and backsplash. Deciding on the type of material for the countertop was harder than we thought it would be. Finding the right person to fabricate and install it was even more challenging. We spoke to a number of contractors and got several bids. After speaking with Ilan with Jerezee Construction, the decision was easy. Ilan visited twice, the first time was to get the scope of the work, then he came back with a very detailed plan of action. He explained how they would begin the job on a Monday and would be completely finished by Friday. He told us that on Monday they prepare the work area with protective walls to contain any dust and loose material from getting into the rest of our house and start the demolition of the old countertop. On Tuesday they would do any electrical and plumbing work. On Wednesday they would install the new countertop. On Thursday they would do any sheetrock work and finish any electrical and plumbing work. On Friday they would inspect and do any touch up that might be required and clean up the work area. He explained that we would pay a percentage of the total bill as each portion of the work was completed. Every evening Ilan called to let us know who would be coming tomorrow and their arrival time. Each trade cleaned up after themselves. The work was finished by noon on Friday. They cleaned the kitchen area, moved the refrigerator back in place and put all the drawers back in place. On Saturday the dumpster was removed. We are so thoroughly pleased with the quality of the work and the Jerezee team and would highly recommend them.

Jerezee construction went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. We knew we wanted to remodel our home when we first bought it. But looking for a trusted contractor was hard. We have never done a full remodel before and we didnâ t know where to start. We decided a while back to remodel our kitchen to update it from the standard look that comes with a Pulte home. After researching numerous companies, we decided to take a chance with Jerezee. Let me tell you something, this was the absolute best decision my wife and I couldâ ve ever made. Letâ s face it, any kind of construction on your house is a daunting task and can be incredibly stressful. From the start, Ian and the team welcomed us into their company and went right to work making us feel like we were the most important clients. They laid out the plan of the build and even aided in finding the right materials and colors we were looking for. They ultimately made it way less stressful for us. During the actual build, you can expect constant communication from the team. Jerezee provided some of the most skilled craftsmen that I have seen. The countertops were immaculate, the backsplash incredible, and the cabinet resurfacing was outstanding. In the end, Jerezee produced some absolutely incredible results. You will not go wrong with Jerezee for whatever project you have for your house. We are not done upgrading our house, and I can guarantee you, we will be going with Jerezee for our next project.

We remodeled 3 bathrooms concurrently with Jerezee. The project lasted from Memorial Day through the first week of July. Project was on budget. Communication was A+ and any concerns or mishaps that arose were addressed swiftly. Of course major remodels always cost a little more than one wants to spend however I have no regrets with choosing this team and their workmanship.

Jerezee Construction did an incredible job transforming my bathroom from a 1980s beige nightmare into a modern masterpiece! Initially, I'd only planned on having the original bath/shower combo converted into a shower, but I'm so glad I opted to have them do the entire bathroom instead! The communication throughout the construction process was very solid, and the professionalism of each individual in this company was astounding. A lovely group of people, and I will definitely be utilizing their services again!

TOP NOTCH We did a total Bathroom Remodel in our master bath. Roye came to the house and listened to our ideas and what we wanted done. A short time later we met in their office to see the design and get a quote. All done very professionally and answered any questions we asked. Communication between the office and us was absolutely great. Updates nightly informing us of the next day work to be done. Workers on every team involved showed up on time and went right to work. Tile work, great. Cabinets, great. Counter tops, great. Painting, great. Any small issues corrected immediately. We feel completely satisfied with every step of our remodel. Jerezee Construction is a quality company that does quality work. Everything about them was excellent. Their attention to detail and customer service are above and beyond. They did everything they said they would do and then did more. Everyone on the staff was courteous and professional. They were respectful of my budget, my home and my time. I got daily updates on the work schedule and regular visits from the owner and the supervisor. When something needed tweaking to make it perfect, thatâ  s what they did. We would highly recommend Jerezee. We had them create a built-in space for a wine refrigerator out of a small coat closet. The professionalism, skill and expertise of the entire team was top notch. All the work was completed on schedule and the result exceeded our expectations. Communications from the team was clear, consistent and frequent. Care and attention to detail was demonstrated in both the work done and keeping the rest of the house clean.

I recommend Jereeze construction to anybody needing home renovation. Im impressed by the quality of work and level of professionalism that the entire team displayed. My home was destroyed by water damage and Jereeze construction renovated my entire kitchen and master bathroom along with other areas of the house. My contractor Ilan was excellent and my home turned out better than imagined. David was my site manager he was very patient and kind and available for any needs. He was clear with his communication throughout the entire project. Heather helped me to choose materials and really had a talent and eye for design. Im grateful to the entire construction team for their hard work. They all made this process go smooth and stress free. I will definitely be using Jerezee again for future projects.

OMG, where do I begin?! I reached out to Jerezee Construction about wanting to remodel my master and guest bathrooms. I spoke with Ian to schedule an appointment for a proposal for the remodel of my bathrooms. The co-owner Roye came out personally to speak with my and get an idea of what I wanted. He was taking a video of the bathrooms while speaking with me and make notes and suggestion and was able to capture everything I wanted and use it as a reference for the proposal. A couple of days later I went to their office and sat down with him to go over the scope of the the project. His profesionalism and presentation blew me away! Once I gave them the start date Candace, one of their design experts, came out with Roye, and my project manager Cisco (Iâ ll talk more about him shortly) to discuss the project with me in detail and see the layout of the bathrooms and get all the measurements of how much tile, length of the vanity, etc. Once we got all of the measurements and list of everything, we scheduled a â shopping tripâ for Candace and I to pick out flooring and bathroom tile. She met me at Floor and Decor and helped me pick out the flooring for both bathrooms, then by the time I got back home she had a list of items for the fixtures, vanities, etc waiting in my email to pick from. She really helped me bring my vision to life. Once we got everything ordered and delivered, Cisco came to the house and gave me a binder with EVERYTHING in it as a tool and reference for not only myself, but the crew to use over the next few weeks. That was so help to have that for both the crew and myself to reference back to during the design process. Letâ s talk about Ciscoâ ¦.he was absolutely fantastic! He would always let me know the day before what time the crew would be arriving and what tasks they would be working on. He would come by daily, some times twice a day to make sure I was comfortable with everything going on. If I had any questions, he would address it immediately. The crew did fantastic work. you can see by the before an after the type of work they produce! Iâ m super happy with my bathroom and work with Roye, Cisco, Candace and Ian has been nothing but 5-star! In a day and age when customer service has declined, theirs hasnâ t! Itâ s the best customer service I have had in quite a while. If you are looking for someone for a home remodel, definitely choose Jerezee Construction, YOU WONâ T REGRET IT. Best decision I made!!

We refurbished 2 bathrooms, updated our kitchen, put in new flooring in some rooms and painted the entire house. From start to finish, the professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service provided by Jerzee was unparallelled. We've never had a better experience with a contractor. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. Jerzee may not be the least expensive, but the peace of mind they provided throughout the process was worth every penny.

We have just finished a bathroom remodel project with Jerezee Construction. It was a stellar experience from the moment of first contact to the last day of the project. The whole team demonstrated utmost professionalism and courtesy throughout. Above all, the quality of the workmanship is without a doubt top tier. The shopping experience for materials was made easy and less daunting by the professional shopper provided by the company. The workers sent on the project were skilled. We must mention our project manager, Keith. He is on top of his game from the moment he came to the property for evaluation, to his recommendations throughout the project, to his flexibility and ease to work with, and ultimately, a successful completion. We cannot recommend him and Jerezee Construction enough. For the work and final product we received, we are satisfied with the overall price paid. I had Jerezee Construction do a kitchen, main bathroom, and guest bathroom remodel in my home, and they were all so great to work with. Both Roye and Cisco were so on top of everything when it came to scheduling the different trades every day, and communicating everything with me from delivery dates for the tile and vanities, to any sort of unforseen delays. Candace was great to work with for selecting materials and finding coordinating vanities that went with the tile and countertops chosen. The whole team worked fast but very efficiently, from demo date to final date of completion took less than 2 months, and they completed 3 full spaces. They made it as comfortable as possible to still live in the house while all of the construction was happening.

We did a kitchen remodel with Jerezee this year, and I canâ t imagine a more seamless construction project! She answered questions about different materials, and helped me narrow down options, bringing all the design elements together, and it turned out beautifully! And Jesus, our site manager, was in our home multiple times per week, making sure each step went as smoothly as possible.
