Jerezee Construction is a quality company that does quality work. Everything about them was excellent. Their attention to detail and customer service are above and beyond. They did everything they said they would do and then did more. Everyone on the staff was courteous and professional. They were respectful of my budget, my home and my time. I got daily updates on the work schedule and regular visits from the owner and the supervisor. When something needed tweaking to make it perfect, thatâ  s what they did. They helped me so much with design suggestions that made all the difference. I could not be happier with the outcome! I wouldnâ  t hesitate to recommend them to others. Great job!

We would highly recommend Jerezee. We had them create a built-in space for a wine refrigerator out of a small coat closet. The professionalism, skill and expertise of the entire team was top notch. All the work was completed on schedule and the result exceeded our expectations. Communications from the team was clear, consistent and frequent. Care and attention to detail was demonstrated in both the work done and keeping the rest of the house clean.

I recommend Jereeze construction to anybody needing home renovation. Im impressed by the quality of work and level of professionalism that the entire team displayed. My home was destroyed by water damage and Jereeze construction renovated my entire kitchen and master bathroom along with other areas of the house. My contractor Ilan was excellent and my home turned out better than imagined. David was my site manager he was very patient and kind and available for any needs. He was clear with his communication throughout the entire project. Heather helped me to choose materials and really had a talent and eye for design. Im grateful to the entire construction team for their hard work. They all made this process go smooth and stress free. I will definitely be using Jerezee again for future projects.

OMG, where do I begin?! I reached out to Jerezee Construction about wanting to remodel my master and guest bathrooms. I spoke with Ian to schedule an appointment for a proposal for the remodel of my bathrooms. The co-owner Roye came out personally to speak with my and get an idea of what I wanted. He was taking a video of the bathrooms while speaking with me and make notes and suggestion and was able to capture everything I wanted and use it as a reference for the proposal. A couple of days later I went to their office and sat down with him to go over the scope of the the project. His profesionalism and presentation blew me away! Once I gave them the start date Candace, one of their design experts, came out with Roye, and my project manager Cisco (Iâ ll talk more about him shortly) to discuss the project with me in detail and see the layout of the bathrooms and get all the measurements of how much tile, length of the vanity, etc. Once we got all of the measurements and list of everything, we scheduled a â shopping tripâ for Candace and I to pick out flooring and bathroom tile. She met me at Floor and Decor and helped me pick out the flooring for both bathrooms, then by the time I got back home she had a list of items for the fixtures, vanities, etc waiting in my email to pick from. She really helped me bring my vision to life. Once we got everything ordered and delivered, Cisco came to the house and gave me a binder with EVERYTHING in it as a tool and reference for not only myself, but the crew to use over the next few weeks. That was so help to have that for both the crew and myself to reference back to during the design process. Letâ s talk about Ciscoâ ¦.he was absolutely fantastic! He would always let me know the day before what time the crew would be arriving and what tasks they would be working on. He would come by daily, some times twice a day to make sure I was comfortable with everything going on. If I had any questions, he would address it immediately. The crew did fantastic work. you can see by the before an after the type of work they produce! Iâ m super happy with my bathroom and work with Roye, Cisco, Candace and Ian has been nothing but 5-star! In a day and age when customer service has declined, theirs hasnâ t! Itâ s the best customer service I have had in quite a while. If you are looking for someone for a home remodel, definitely choose Jerezee Construction, YOU WONâ T REGRET IT. Best decision I made!!

We refurbished 2 bathrooms, updated our kitchen, put in new flooring in some rooms and painted the entire house. From start to finish, the professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service provided by Jerzee was unparallelled. We've never had a better experience with a contractor. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. Jerzee may not be the least expensive, but the peace of mind they provided throughout the process was worth every penny.

We have just finished a bathroom remodel project with Jerezee Construction. It was a stellar experience from the moment of first contact to the last day of the project. The whole team demonstrated utmost professionalism and courtesy throughout. Above all, the quality of the workmanship is without a doubt top tier. The shopping experience for materials was made easy and less daunting by the professional shopper provided by the company. The workers sent on the project were skilled. We must mention our project manager, Keith. He is on top of his game from the moment he came to the property for evaluation, to his recommendations throughout the project, to his flexibility and ease to work with, and ultimately, a successful completion. We cannot recommend him and Jerezee Construction enough. For the work and final product we received, we are satisfied with the overall price paid. We will be looking to rehire Jerezee if future renovation projects should arise.

I had Jerezee Construction do a kitchen, main bathroom, and guest bathroom remodel in my home, and they were all so great to work with. Both Roye and Cisco were so on top of everything when it came to scheduling the different trades every day, and communicating everything with me from delivery dates for the tile and vanities, to any sort of unforseen delays. Candace was great to work with for selecting materials and finding coordinating vanities that went with the tile and countertops chosen. The whole team worked fast but very efficiently, from demo date to final date of completion took less than 2 months, and they completed 3 full spaces. They made it as comfortable as possible to still live in the house while all of the construction was happening.

Our experience with Jerezee Construction was incredible. From our initial contact with Ian to scheduling an appointment for a proposal for the remodel of our bathrooms, we made a great decision hiring Jerezee Construction. Ian is very informative and extremely knowledgeable. Dorâ s experience and knowledge, along with his staff, including the different groups of construction workers; our remodel experience using Jerezee was not only incredible, it was magnificent. During the project with Dor and his team our experience was also amazing since it was not stressful for us, especially since I work from home. Unlike a prior experience for another project with a different vendor, working with Jerezee I did not feel I needed to manage the project, since Jerezee is organized, timely, honest, productive, excellent communicators, which streamlined the project to a successful completion for two full bathroom remodels, and a couple updates in a third bathroom less than seven weeks. All work teams were respectful of our property and ensuring a clean worksite at the end of each day. Once the work was completed, Jerezee sent a professional cleaner to ensure our home was left clean to enjoy our new bathrooms. We did a kitchen remodel with Jerezee this year, and I canâ t imagine a more seamless construction project! Our project manager, Dor, communicated clearly and professionally with us from the first meeting to the final walk through. We knew what was expected on our end, and what to expect from him and his teams. With Jerezee, you work with several different professional teams along the way, but each arrives on time, is friendly and polite, works hard, respects your home, and cleans up after themselves daily. Dor was always a text away-we knew exactly who would be arriving and when, and the few questions we had along the way were addressed within minutes. Candace, our designer was great! She answered questions about different materials, and helped me narrow down options, bringing all the design elements together, and it turned out beautifully! And Jesus, our site manager, was in our home multiple times per week, making sure each step went as smoothly as possible. We are so grateful we found this company, and absolutely recommend them to everyone for their work ethic and the quality of the finished product.

A complete home renovation is exciting but also is a stressful experience when you have a family of young boys. However, the team at Jerezee made it easy and were always there to support us and address all our concerns. What an incredible team! From the beginning, with Heather, the interior designer who was so patient with our design choices and helped assure us we were making design decisions that would flow and compliment everything. To Yaneer, who was the workhorse in ensuring we were constantly updated and informed of the demo and construction process, and immediately addressed all our concerns or issues we had. Even after completion, Yaneer and his team immediately came back to fix or adjust minor issues when everything was settling. This team is professional, skilled, and efficient and are truly invested in making your home remodel dreams come true. What I mostly appreciate was their understanding on what impact the construction had on our young family. They were truly accommodating to making the process as smooth as possible!

Had to watch the workmen like a hawk to make sure it was done correctly. They tried to install the cabinets before rewiring the lights. We had to check every work order to make sure it corresponded with the contracted items

Roye and his team at Jerezee Construction are true professionals. From the very first meeting until the project's completion, everything was very smooth and on time according to schedule. The 3D renderings that are made before construction give you a detailed look at your project before it gets started. All the teams that came to our home, demolition, electric, plumbing, cabinets, paint and tile were efficient and their work was perfect. Cisco updated us daily on arrival times and what was going to be done next. He did several walkthroughs to make sure everything was perfect and on time. I have already referred them to my neighbor across the street and they are currently at his home doing work. We could not have asked for a better company to completely remodel our kitchen. We will be going to Jerezee Construction for our next big project.

Dor and his crew did a full master bath remodel. Jacuzzi removed, full wall shower. Beautiful new double vanity, New countertop, vessel sinks, and lighted medicine cabinets. Worked with me, everything looks exactly like we wanted. Great company to work with.

I had Jerezee remodel my master bathroom and am very happy with it, so I had them back to remodel my kitchen. The crew that came in and out was very professional and respectful. Having the rendering done first put my fear of this process to rest. Clara and Dor was amazing to work with, and Dor's communication was exceptional. I highly recommend Jerezee!

We had full master bath remodel and guest bath remodel. Tubs removed new walk in tiled showers, flooring, cabinets, counters, fixtures, etc. the project turned out amazing. The workman did a terrific job. Dor kept us informed and took care of every detail and issue . We would hire them again.

Jerezee Construction was as great as an experience as anyone can have. Yaneer was the project manager and was easy to work with. He checked in every day during the project, indicating what had been done and what is going to be done the following days and was present during most days. My remodel consisted of pulling all the carpet in the 4 bedrooms, re-laying laminate, painting the entire house except laundry and 2 bathrooms and painted an accent wall. They were able to match the existing paint in the bathrooms and paint a 3rd bathroom. They put wainscoting in all the bathrooms and added grab bars in the showers. They pulled all the existing granite and replaced with quartz as well as in the master bathroom and did not damage the cabinets. Pulling the granite in the master bath they damaged the wall mirrors and both sinks. They did tell me in advance this would occur; however, not during the contract signing so that was a lot of money I did not anticipate spending to replace them. They added tile backsplash in the kitchen. They moved the furniture and replaced back the furniture when the job was done. I went $7865 over budget. Not their fault. When signing the contract I was told materials would be about $10,000-$15,000 depending on the materials I selected. Materials were $16,865. ADVICE: For the expensive materials; ie: quartz, tile and floor, select them first before signing contract so you get a good idea of your budget. I would definitely use them again. We interviewed 4 contractors. They and another contractor were the highest (estimated the same amount) and well worth the money. The demo start date was Oct 9th, 2023 and the job ended Nov 9th. They do not start the job until all the materials are in. ADVICE: Communication is extremely important. Never assume anything and be very clear on what you want. I wasn't clear on the wainscoting and they redid all of it without charging again for the labor. They also repainted the island for me. I didn't like the original color I selected. They're Awesome!

I had Jerezee Construction do 3 Bathroom remodels at my property, final results: Absolutely Amazing!!! Met with Roye and knew immediately Jerezee Construction was the way to go. The whole process from beginning to end was Smooth as can be. The Customer Service & most importantly the Communication was Beyond the Best. Big thank you to the whole Jerezee Construction team, most importantly my project manager Cisco, I will be using Jerezee Construction for my kitchen remodeling project when the time comes. I would definitely recommend meeting with Roye & getting an estimate for any remodeling project you have in mind.

Jerezee is an A+++ company. We used them for our full kitchen remodel, new floors and interior paint. They do a great job communicating the daily schedule and delivered the project on time. The quality of the work is beautiful and I really appreciate their transparency on pricing and expectations. Everyone in the team brings real value to the project! Clara helped me select several items and provided super helpful advice. Ian was great at answering all my questions and educating me on what to expect. He also helped me get an appointment so we could start the remodel sooner than planned. David did a great job communicating and supervising all the tasks that needed to be done. We had Jerezee do a huge remodel and could not be happier with the whole process. They renovated all first floor flooring, two full bathrooms, redesigned the entire kitchen, two fireplaces, lighting and paint throughout, as well as some repairs and upgrades. The process was well managed from start to finish. From the first call with Ian, to the consult and bid with the owner Ilan, to the final walkthrough we were thrilled with the whole process. The team has strong, frequent communication both with each other and the clients. Their workers and subs are friendly, respectful and hard workers. At the start of the job you will be assigned a materials specialist to help you select everything from flooring to lights, to kitchen cabinet pulls to decisions about how to re-invent the shape of your walk-in shower. Heather was our go-to for all these decisions and she was fantastic at understanding our style, helping us pick out what we needed, "holding our hand" when we felt overwhelmed with all the decisions and suggesting improvements to flow, layout and function that we would never have though of on our own. A site manager will handle your project once you begin. This person --we had David and were super happy with him-- and the owner, Ilan, were always available to answer questions via text and/or phone, clarify details of the renovation on FaceTime if you can't be there in person and would send daily photo dumps of the progress. Even though we were out of state during the remodel we felt our house was totally safe and like we were included in the process every step of the way. The whole team was professional, honest, courteous and the work they did was very high quality and we are happy with how it went.
