We had Jerezee Construction do a remodel of our master and guest bathrooms, after interviewing 9 other firms. They came out to talk to us and take measurements and pictures, then met at their company office a few days later and were given a folder with their bid proposal. It included a detailed list of tasks to complete our project, copies of their licenses and insurance coverage, and the bid and stages of payment. We met members of their team, including Dor, who would be our project manager, and Jacie, who would help us select tile, fixtures, and other needed materials. We reviewed and updated the plans they drew from our conversation, measurements and pictures. Their bid was labor only, with us providing the tile and fixtures. The cost was in the upper mid-range of the bids we had received from the other companies. We selected them because we felt most comfortable that we would get the result we wanted. They were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and listened to our needs and desires. While the work was being done, Dor called or stopped by almost every day to ask how we were doing and check on what was being done. We were on a group text with them so our questions were answered promptly. In the evenings we would get a text saying who and when someone would be coming to our house to work the next day. The workers were prompt, courteous and efficient. The work was done as scheduled and was completed ahead of time! Any situation that occurred, Jerezee Construction took care of it. We had no concerns about what or how the work was to be done! The price stayed the same, no extra charges or surprises at the end. It was a great experience!

Very pleasant to work with. Everything was installed to my specifications and in a timely manner. Had 2 bathrooms remodeled and they look great! We definitely plan on using them again and would highly recommend them.

We did a complete kitchen and primary bathroom remodel, fireplace tile remodel, and added new vanities, mirrors, and fixtures in 2 guest bathrooms. We could not be happier with how our remodeled kitchen and master bathroom turned out with Jerzees Construction. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Some co workers have had remodels going on at the same time - every time we discuss our experiences, they can't believe we haven't had any problems. Roye is very professional, communicates frequently and clearly. He, or one of his foreman, but most often, Roye, comes on site when work is going on and oversees it himself. We bought a home while traveling in Europe with only a Facetime walkthrough with our realtor. We knew renovations were necessary. Although I planned to use our previous contractor, I decided to request a bid from Jerezee and was so glad I did. Hereâ s what I loved: Ilan first came to our home and video recorded his thoughts as we discussed renovations to our kitchen and master bath and closet. A few days later he invited us to the Jerezee office for a bid presentation where we met Alex and others. The presentation was clear with illustrations, examples, and a final document with proposed costs. No pressure and great discussion about options, the process, and timeline for completion. We were impressed with details and the cost was within our budget. We signed the contract on the spot. Jerezeeâ s bid included time with a designer, Heather, who was vital to the outstanding results. She met with us at vendor locations, helped us select cabinets, tile and other items, and sometimes ordered from Build.com to get a great discount. Heather was available for questions and help throughout the entire project. Jerezee requires all materials to be on-site before the project begins. This wasnâ t a problem because we did not want to start the project right away. A week before they started, Alex and Ilan took inventory of all the items in our garage and reviewed the overall schedule. We departed for 2 weeks during the demolition. Ilan sent photos or Facetimed almost every day to keep us informed and ask questions. All projects have a few surprises and ours was no exception. However, Ilan and Alex were quick to address unexpected issues. More importantly, all subs arrived on time, focused on tasks, and completed high quality work. I would work with Ilan, Alex, Heather, and Jerezee again without hesitation! Canâ t say enough good things about our experience. We love our new kitchen and master bath & closet!

erezee Construction is the BEST. They were so awesome to work with. From the office to the people in our home working. Everyone was always very professional. I highly recommend Jerezee Construction. One thing that I really appreciated was the communication. They did a great job at communicating start times and with relaying messages from the workers to the project managers to the project managers to the office people! Things ran smoothly. Another thing is they are understanding. They want YOU, the customer to be happy. They are helpful and have a great process is place for jobs to run smoothly! Also their actual work is amazing. The final walk-through of our completed bathroom the project Manager and noticed things that I didnâ t noticed and got them fixed right away. Example small paint drips or a grout thing. Awesome clean work. Canâ t wait for our next project

All we can say is “WOW”! We are so happy with our remodel by Jerezee! We had our kitchen, main bathroom, and guest bathroom completely gutted and renewed. We spoke with two other contractors and picked Jerezee based on the quality of their quote presentation, staff, and our main contact Roye. Also, their pricing and contract documents were very fair. Upon leaving their office after our initial consultation, we definitely felt we would be in good hands with Jerezee. They have a great team of people to help you through the remodel process. The end result was fabulous; we love everything they installed. Jerezee’s attention to detail and follow up was excellent. Roye and/or Alex visited every day to check on progress and answer any questions we had. The crews they sent over to complete each phase of work were on-time and professional. Specifically, the electricians, the plumbers, countertop fabricators, cabinet builders, tile installers, and finishing crew were exceptional. We greatly appreciated the attention to detail and the effort to complete the job right. Obtaining materials for the job went easier than expected with Jerezee’s assistance (Thank you Heather!). All we can say is great company, wonderful people, and we are very happy we selected them to remodel our home!

Jerezee Construction fully gutted and remodeled my home (Kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms). Roy, Bryan, Deb and team have impeccable customer service. Though a big job, they eased my concerns with their professionalism. Not only was everything done timely and beyond expectation, from start to finish they were pro-active and promptly responsive. I love my new kitchen!!! Iâ m very happy I chose Jerezee for the remodel. From the start they were very responsive & professional. There was never a lag in work once the project began. They quoted me 8 weeks for completion & they got done a week early! And thats even with losing a week because I had to go out of town & not working on Saturdayâ s per my request. Dor was the project manager & he was involved from the beginning to end. He returned calls & texts without delay, and made onsite visits frequently. All the workers were very polite & respectful as far as making sure the job site was cleaned up prior to leaving for the day. I will absolutely use Jerezee again!!!

Our kitchen was 27 years old and in desperate need of a complete renovation. We had already used 2 other contractors for 3 bathroom renovations and were not completely satisfied with the workmanship, reliability and oversight. We found Jerezee Construction through a referral from a family member who used them for their master bath. Starting from the estimate with llan to working with their designer, Heather, to completing the job with their professional working staff, it was virtually a stress free renovation. Their workmanship is impeccable, paying close attention to detail. No renovation goes without any unforeseen issues that arise during the construction. When the few that did arise, Jerezee acted upon them immediately and fixed the problem. To me that is what separates a fair/good company from the best. The job was completed in the time frame promised and we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Jerezee Construction and will be calling them again fof other projects.

After 20 years, my wife and I decided to have our master bathroom renovated. After consulting with four construction firms, we selected Jerezee for various reasons. When Roye looked at our bathroom, he said his team could transform it with no problems and within a specified time or less. He even made suggestions, especially as the kind of flooring we should use. The main things that made us decide on Jerzee was Roye's presentation in his office and the complete details in the contract. Each phase of the construction, from demo to finish, was completed on schedule. At the end of each day, Roye let us know what work would be scheduled for the following day. The crews were punctual and did outstanding work. There were a couple of hiccups which were resolved quickly. Jerezee did an amazing job, as indicated in the before and after photos. Great job from the beginning consulting and hiring Roye as my contractor, the designer “Deb “ was very helpful, The owner “Roye” was very responsive and reliable, Alex supervised the job every morning…the shower was finished beautifully! There was a little hiccup but was touched up well by Manuel, overall must thanks Roye for managing the good teams ?

They are AMAZING! Completed a kitchen, powder bath and master bath remodel in only 3 months! The quality and attention to detail were amazing. I picked difficult glass tiles and yet these guys had no problem installing them as well as the delicate type of granite we chose. DAILY communication both onsite AND text from the project manager so we never had any doubt what was going to be done on each day. The end result is superb and I have referred them many times since then. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Roye and Jerezee Construction are the best of the best. I feel like I truly know what full service means now. Every aspect of our project(s) have been handled with such professionalism, security, and attention to detail. Roye is also incredibly responsive. Like, to a fault. He needs a hobby or something because he answers texts and calls at all hours of the day or night. I actually feel bad sometimes because he's so attentive and thorough. He's also a pro at handling the infuriating bureaucracy surrounding permits and city nonsense, and he helped me navigate and repair a serious issue where my house's previous owner had left a number of defective additions unpermitted and uninspected. I literally couldn't have done it without them. I will never hire anyone else for construction and remodeling. Jerezee is the best!!

Without hesitation, my husband and I would highly recommend Jerezee Construction. From start to finish, the entire team provided exceptional customer service during our master bathroom remodel. One thing that impressed us the most was the professional proposal presented to us in their office by Ian and Jose (we even got souvenir pens!). Our team was led by Jose who did a great job of keeping all the subcontractors on point and on time as much as possible, which sometimes isn’t the easiest thing to do. No remodel goes without hiccups, but when something adverse did occur, Jose made sure the issue was resolved quickly. As part of the contract, we were provided interior design services and were fortunate to have been assigned Chelly who ended up being the highlight of the entire process. Her extensive design experience helped guide our choices and, in some cases, steered us away from making some not-so-great decisions. We can’t say enough about her. She was truly a breath of fresh air to work with. All in all, we had an extremely positive experience with Jerezee and our finished master bathroom has turned from 70s drab, boring and bland into a beautiful, modern and relaxing sanctuary. This place quoted me $10k to redo my countertops. Absolutely absurd!considering the amount of square footage of counter space I have and the cost of materials, this didn?t add up! Definitely wouldn?t hire this place to overcharge me!
