They called me to tell me they were going to be late. When they arrived, they did a great job cleaning the carpets and tile, and really took their time. Carpet looked great, but still have some pet odor. Technician Jessie, was professional, very nice, and I would want him to come back again to do my carpets.

The were great! Although they arrived late I received a call from their office to inform me. The guy who my carpets was very professional and quick. He did an excellent job and I would definitely use them again.

J2 was very professional, explain everything very well. They also offered to pre-vacuum the area, which no other carpet cleaning business has ever offered.
