J2 Cleaning is the best carpet cleaning service I ever experienced. They worked so hard and my carpets look so very nice and clean. They are the real deal in carpet cleaning...I will not use any other company except them hereafter. I recommend them wholeheartedly to every one.

The crew was on time, very attentive to preventing any damage to my walls with their hoses, they asked me to walk them through the work to be done. At the conclusion of their work, they asked us to inspect their work when it was done to insure it was done to our satisfaction. Outstanding job. The cleaning job they did on my area rugs brought it back to like new condition. Couldn't be happier with their work and will use them again in the future.

The carpet was 25 years old, new with the house, I thought I'd clean it one more time just to see if I should replace it............ WOW!!! IT LOOKS BRAND NEW AFTER J2 CLEANING WAS HERE!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND J2 CLEANING AND WILL DEFINATELY USE THEM AGAIN!!!

Had 2 large rooms of carpet cleaned, wonderful. Tile cleaned on the stairs and the kitchen floor, amazing, all kitchen counter top tile cleaned and looks like new, re caulked the kitchen sink also. Was very pleased with Marvin, my tech. Will call them again.

They did a quick and fast and good cleaning job. I am still amazed at how fast they did the whole house. But, I am also happy with the service. Next time I will not let my carpets go so long before cleaning them. J2 did a deep clean and they did a good job. The price was somewhat high but worth it in the end as I am enjoying walking on clean carpets.

Jeff called me right away on Monday, quoted me a price on the area that I gave him and any details he may have needed. He had an opening for Tuesday morning between 9 and 10am. The crew was there promptly at 9am and very professional. They quoted me 45 minutes for the job and were done just under that. The carpets look absolutely amazing and virtually brand new after 4 years of normal wear and tear with some pretty worn in dark spots throughout the house. I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of work! Thanks guys!!!
