J2 Cleaning

J2 steam cleans with soap, and then rinses with pure water to remove the soap. They did an excellent job on my 18 years old berber carpets.

Ray was very nice, did a good job and worked alone on the day he did my carpets. One suggestion that would look more professional would be to have shirts with your company's logo on them for your guys when working.

Jeff was very helpful in suggestions as to what was needed for the cleaning service on both carpets and sofas, however it was a bit pricey. The servicemen were absolutely wonderful! they were very curtious and respectful and they did an amazing job. So far no resurfacing of spots and stains anywhere. I guess you get what you pay for right? I will recommend them to anyone that ask!!!!

Carpets came out great, after very good cleaning! Staff was very nice. Questions were answered by 1st phone very well. Dry time was 9 to 10 hours, but we exspected that with this type of cleaning. We are very happy with their services!!!!!

DID A GREAT JOB! All the stains came clean very impressive. Only downside (not sure if I would blame the carpet cleaner) is the urine smell that still lingers even after a week since cleaning. Would use them again.

My property manager didn't think the ground-in dirt tracks could be cleaned, and had begun getting quotes on replacing the carpets. The grime was so bad, she explained to me that it looked like someone dumped a trail of ashes onto the carpet and smudged them all over. Once I spoke with Jeff, I knew his extraction methods would be successful. With their advanced cleaning system, they were able to clean the damaged areas which a previously hired professional carpet cleaner could not. They cleaned the soiled areas so well, that the undamaged portions of the carpet needed to be cleaned because they looked 'dirty' in comparison. J2 is fabulous.

He did a great job of getting the dirt out of the carpet that has been in a foreclosed home for many months. The carpet looks brand new. The tile is shiny and looks fantastic. Thanks again.

they'll clean the carpet again with no hassle if asked to do so ,but then why should anybody ask to do it again?Great results with supervision.

The staff was very professional and my carpets while in good overall shape look so much better now that all the spots are gone.

The tech called twice to say he would be running later each time. I pulled up to the house at the time he was finally supposed to be there and he was pulling away. I called him and he said he hadn't eaten all day and needed to get something to eat! He was strange and went on and on about how tall I am and even argued that I am taller than I am which was extremely rude and inappropriate but he did a good job and the carpets are clean.
