Description of Work: I called J and B Hauling early in the afternoon and explained that I had a cut up Spa and frame I needed out of my backyard. I was quoted a price and we set a time for them to come over. They kept in touch with me as of any delays and when they arrived they removed all unwanted trash from my yard. The swept up after. They were courteous, prompt, efficient. I couldn't have asked for a nicer company.

Description of Work: Service provider explained that although they would honor the deal made through Angieslist's big deal for 200.00, they had stopped doing that deal and told Angieslist to stop advertising it. Do to their grievance the business rep made me feel that if I were to use his services I should pay more than the fee quoted given that it is not financially beneficial to him.(Although he never actually said it). Therefor I decided not to use the service at all given the awkwardness of the situation an decided to find another means of getting rid of my junk. Bottom line is I can't blame the hauling company if they do lose money and if he is accurate in the fact that he had asked Angieslist to stop advertising the coupon but at the same time it sounds like a big misunderstanding that just set me back a little. Okay maybe a lot. That was a good deal. There for I would just ask that I be refunded thank you.
