The experience was great, despite all odds. The day I'd scheduled this company to come over turned out to be challenging since it was trash day and there was a renovation going on, so access to the building and elevator was limited. I thought the Murphy bed was attached with a few screws, but it turned out to be a much more invasive job to tear it down as part of it was seriously anchored to the wall. There was also much more stuff for them to take away than I'd initially told Barry (unknowingly, as I'd arranged the job by phone from New York City), but Barry and his two fabulous sons were able to accommodate the bigger load and other last-minute requests. The guys were fun and cool and hard-working, their attitude was super positive throughout, the prices were very fair, and I would definitely hire them again.

The crew came on time for the on site estimate. Great communications on estimate and scheduling of work. On time on day of project. They were really patient and cooperative in getting all the tasks taken care. They made one trip to haul away the concrete and another for the refuse. They also used their skid loader to do some light grading and distribute landscaping rock.

It was the hottest week this year and they hauled out the concrete. They had some mechanical problems however, Barry kept me in the loop at all times. Very nice man. I would use his services again if the need arises.

Excellent!! Because the love seat was in a bedroom they had some difficulty getting it through the door. But they did it and were very careful of the walls and other furniture when moving it. And, believe me, that thing was heavy, Barry and his son Barry were very pleasant and charged a very reasonable rate. Much cheaper that other junk removal companies. Will use them again.

Berry and his team were fantastic! We had an imposing pile of dirt, and watching Berry and his team get down to work was like beholding a force of nature. Where they could not get the Bobcat in, Berry grabbed a shovel and wheelbarrow and kept right on working. When the wheelbarrow got in the way at one point, he just shoveled like a madman to keep the momentum going. I should also mention that his pricing was the most competitive and most transparent I have encountered.

Excellent service! Berry was able to handle the job the same day I called. He gave me an accurate time for his arrival, he assessed the job, gave me a reasonable price for the work and then they got it handled. The pile of tree trimmings is gone, they cleaned up all of the debris and they were fun to talk with throughout the work. Definitely will use them again for any hauling needs.

Came over the day after I talked to them and gave us an estimate. Cancelled the first date due to illness, but rescheduled within the week. They set an approximate time and called when they were on their way. They showed up on time with a truck, a bobcat and a couple of guys with shovels and wheelbarrows. They were completely done (about 1 1/2 truck loads) in about 3 hours. They cleared out a big part of our back yard. They were careful about tree roots and did no damage. Nice job and very polite and professional. Would absolutely use them again.

J&B did a spectacular job. We live out of state, and they were very efficient in accommodating us. They took charge of most logistical issues, and only needed our help in getting HOA approval for the gigantic garbage bin that needed to be on site. Even then, our involvement was minimal. The property was appx. 1200 square feet. And the property was nearly still furnished. The carpeting and padding was our biggest concern as she had cat and dog pee EVERYWHERE in the house. Rather quick turn around time from our initial contact to the job being completed. And the actual removal took only 1 day. They know what they're doing, and I would definitely use them again.

I needed a 10X6 foot Tuff Shed moved. J&B contacted me the following day (Sunday) after I sent the e-mail (late Saturday night)requesting service. They came to my home (on Sunday day after the e-mail) evaluated the work tried to move the shed. After several tries they determined that they couldn't move the shed, because of the weight. Not charged for the attempt. They were prompt, honest about their evaluation and their efforts. In the future If I need the kind of services they provide I would not hesitate to call them..

He was ridiculous. Over the top wordy text responses and rambling on and on when talking on phone. Told my boss he was going to take up too much of our time as we too were working on the property that weekend. Sweet Jesus, understatement, sooo glad didn't have to use him. When I cancelled he became belligerent and tried to bully me with tales of illegal dumping!!?? He would not stop texting me so I blocked his phone number...Un freaking believable treatment from a vendor. Would NEVER EVER consider using his services.

I called in the morning. They were able to come out that afternoon. They quickly and efficiently hauled the stuff out of the house and onto their truck.

They were very good customer oriented. The job wasn't big enough for the deal.

Showed up with large crew, Bobcat, and truck large enough to complete the job quickly. Yard with new sod where the pile was looks great!

Great experience with Barry and his young assistant (Charles?) Barry called within minutes of getting my email and was over to give me an estimate a few hours later. I had a lot of heavy stuff so I knew it might cost more to dump it. We agreed at $250 and Barry said they would be over first thing in the morning. Barry called at about 8:30am the following morning and said he was on his way. He managed to get his truck in to my back lot where most all the stuff was without doing any damage to anything and the two of them went to work. Approximately 2 hours later, in spite of encountering a wasp nest in the concrete they finished up. Everything was done perfectly and I was happy to give them and extra $20 as a well deserved tip. They were always very polite, helpful, professional and hard working. Another very good experience with an Angieslist vendor

This guy is so great! He is so nice and friendly. He did more than I even expected while working really quick and fast. I am going to hire him again!

I called at 630 on a Saturday night and talked to Berry. Within 30 minutes he had gone to my rental and gave me an estimate on how much it would be to clean everything up. The next day he cleaned everything and took before and after pictures. Great service.

They showed up on time, and quickly removed what needed removing.
