Description of Work: Cleaned the air ducts (returns) in my home. Their add said it included up to 15 vents and to 2 returns. However, it appeared that only the bigger vents were cleaned, not the smaller ones, such as in the laundry room.

Description of Work: They performed landscaping services and we are very satisfied with their work.

Description of Work: The folks at Instant Air, Tony, Oscar and another young man installed a new HVAC system and they did a great job, very pleasant to deal with, outstanding customer service and the price was right. They were prompt, courteous, cleaned up after themselves and hauled all the old stuff away...what a team. Tony is even making me a new opening cover into my ceiling as the old one was worn out...Tony is also a carpenter...Great guys and my husband and I highly recommend them..

Description of Work: Here's a question: How does one know if "truly" your A/C unit is broken or not ? You go by what the A/C tech tells you. So a person has to assume that they are truthful. Especially in the middle of summer when all you want is to get the A/C working! One of the most dreaded responses from the A/C guy is...."your compressor is broken" and it will take more then a couple of dollars to repair or you can buy a new one with a lifetime warrentee. | |Well, we went with buying a new one (especially when they only guarantee a repaired compressor for a year or so). Went with a replacement of the whole unit (which includes the heater) and went for the best that was offered. It took most of the day to remove the old system. It was late and we had to wait the night (with out A/C 100+ degrees) till the next morning. It reminded me of when I was a boy and having A/C was a luxury. Anyway, the guys came and finished the install. Wow, the York system we purchased really does a nice job. | |All in all, the wife and I are satisfied with the overall purchase and install. The unit is super quiet. This larger unit cools quicker, and should be a little less on the old electric bill.

Description of Work: Replaced combination a/c and heating unit. Everything happened as promised.

Description of Work: I called because my air conditioner had not been keeping the house cool during the afternoon. I did not think to look at my electric bill but when I did I saw that the bill had doubled the past two months so I realized there was a problem. Instant Air came out the day after I called and checked everything, put in more coolant, explained what had been going on and said to call again if this did not fix the problem. More coolant did fix the problem and next time I will call much sooner if I am having a problem.
