It was excellent. They were on time, did a beautiful job, and very professional. I was very pleased. Everything is working fine so far.

Instant Air was on site within 2 hours of my call. The price they quoted me for the exact same unit and services of a local (national) company was half the price. Instant Air performed the work the next day with the utmost professionalism and integrity. It will be my pleasure to recommend them to friends and family.

Instant air was prompt in the diagnosis and repair. Tony the technician was great, I would recommend Instant air.

We've been with them for quite some time. They do a spring and a fall check on the air conditioning and heating. They're a good outfit. I belong to a club with them. You can rely on them. They are very courteous. You always talk to a person when you call. They are punctual and their prices seem reasonable to me. They're just all around good people.

I've been with them for about 8 years. They are professional. They do these things at a club price type of thing. It usually takes I would guess a half hour.

They had to come back a couple of times to repair some things. I would consider them. They had to come back twice for the repairs after the initial install but they were very courteous and very quick to come back and fix the issues that I found. I was happy that they were willing to stand by their work.

It went great. It was the ignitor and Anthony replaced in minutes and had the heater pumping out hot air. Very helpful and was very concerned about children in home. That meant a lot to my family.

The owner called me after I posted my original review and he did send a crew out to take care of the patchwork and also to make sure everything was installed and working correctly. This crew really seemed to know what they were doing and I was pleased with their work and professionalism. The noise from the compressor is better as a result, but I think it is still louder than what I wanted and louder than the other unit I have from the same manufacturer, but that is on the manufacturer. I would give this business another chance as the owner did genuinely appear to want to provide good service and quality. He has a few people that need some better training, but we all know that good help is hard to find.

Bad. Nearly $800 in repairs. AC still didn't work. Called them back & they said need a new AC unit. Quote: $10,000. Got a second opinion. Second opinion tech found that Instant Air tech had applied foil to electronics in AC unit to short out the system...second opinion quote for new AC unit $5000. We went with them, to fix the "foil trickery" Instant air did to our AC unit. Now instant air refuses to give refund for their non-working, unnecessary parts.

I called around 9am and Tony came out around 10 am. My upstairs thermostat was not working. He fixed the furnace and then checked every thing out. He was done in about an hour. Very polite and professional. I will definitely call them again. Actually I plan on having them check out the AC in the Spring.

Tony and his team came out and did everything he explained he would do and more. They stayed on Christmas eve and made sure we everything was the way it was supposed to be. We had heat and they really gave us a blessing so we could enjoy our christmas

When i called they were very proffestional and polite,Tony arrived on time and explained everything he was going to check for, it turned out to be my thermastat was bad, he told me the price and worked with me with all my opitions. I would defently use this company in the future.

I had a contract with Instant Air and so service was free. Tony came out and evaluated things and replaced a part but that did not fix it so he came out again and looked over everything very very careful and found a kink in the duct and replaced that part and now the air conditioner works perfectly. Tony stuck with it until the problem was fixed and assured me he would not stop until he found and fixed the problem. He was true to his word. Hurray Tony!

This service call was a complete success and as such deserves an "A" Rating across the board. I would recommend them without qualification and will use them again in the future.

While my husband was trimming weeds around our central air conditioner on Monday June 1, 2015. he accidentally snipped a wire. Of course this happened late in the day when the sun was not so hot, around 6:00 p.m. So I called Instant Air hoping someone could come and take a look at it so late in the evening and was so happy they were able to. Before they arrive my son and husband were able to fix the cut wire but the air conditioner still would not run. The technician Tony arrived around 8:30 p.m. and went straight to work. He was very kind and courteous. He went into our attic and reset the furnace, rechecked the wiring to the central air unit. Was at our home for less 30 min. Thank You Tony and Instant Air for your prompt service and getting my air bank on! : )

They did great. Fit us right into the schdule for our emergency. I would call on them again.

The installers were great. Boogies on there feet and after the job was complete they clean up debris as a result of the installation sweeping and vacuuming. they promise to return on Saturday to repair areas that had been damaged as a result of the installation. This is my third interaction with Instant Air and so forth tar so good. Time will tell.

We had our roof repaired by First Quality Roofing awhile back and Oscar from Instant Air (a sister company) called and asked if we would be interested in having our unit serviced during their fall special. We have not had a service call since replacing our old unit so I felt it was time to check it out. I agreed to have them come out and set an appointment for the next day between 2-4. Just a bit after 2:00 the technician Matt was at the door. When he entered the house he put on shoe covers which was a very nice touch. He checked the thermostat and filter and proceeded to tell me exactly what he was going to do. Then he went up the the roof unit and did the check up. After about 30 or so minutes he came down to let me know his findings. He said that everything looked good other than a slight decrease in a capacitor. He gave me a copy of the report and I gave him a check for the service. Matt was both professional and informative. He answered all my questions on the testing and what everything he did meant. I highly recommend this company and not hesitate to call them when a repair is needed.

I took it upon myself to try to change my own A/C Thermostats from an old and out-dated version to the new "Smart" Theromstats. I had done changes like this in the past, but the newer thermostats require the presence of a "Common" wire which my three units did not have. I called Instant Air off the recommendation of a friend and the A/C Technician, Tony, was wonderful. He arrived on-time, was extremely courteous, and best of all, didn't make me feel bad for trying to take this task on by myself. He went in the attic, connected the Common that I needed for all three units (it was 105 degrees outside so I assume the attic was 120+) and gave me a great deal on the cost of yearly service on all three units twice a year (winter and spring). Overall, I'm very satisfied with Instant Air and will use them again. When I've used other companies in the past, I always felt that I was being "up-sold" or pushed into repairs that I didn't necessarily need which I didn't get from Tony. Great group!
