Description of Work: Originally bought to replace window at my Pahrump property. They wanted to add two $75.00 trip charges one for measurement and one for installation which was not explained. Had to use coupon at an address in Henderson so it was not a complete waste.

Description of Work: I arranged to come home from work in the middle of the day to meet the estimator. Left work and had to take 2 hours off. When I arrived, the worker was not there. He was delayed and I had to go back without the estimate. The office informed me that they don't work before 8 or after 3 on ANY DAY EVER. I had to wait for holidays to get 1) the estimate/measure and 2) the work completed. The whole process took 4 months.

Description of Work: Wheatherized and adjusted laundry to garage door. Did a good job.

Description of Work: Replaced all the enry door seal. Also replaced the lwr door sweep for $40.00. |Ckd garage entry door for me. All seals looked good.

Description of Work: Hybar replaced window glass in living room. Glass was measured incorrectly! |Glass was ordered march 23, replaced on April 23. Long time for a piece of glass ! Technician was very professional & mistakes happen! They rectified the mistake!!

Description of Work: HyBar (jeff) bumped me the morning I was scheduled. I was rescheduled again for Patrick to come 3/31/2015 from 8-10. I called HyBar on 3/31/2015 at 10:30 to learn Patrick had been replaced by Jon, a new tech, even though Jeff at HyBar promised me Patrick would come. No one had the courtesy to call me about Jon or about not being scheduled for Patrick. Since I needed the window/door to lock, I let them send Jon. After Jon replaced the lock on the sliding glass window/door, I had a difficult time trying to lock and unlock his replacement lock. Jon .was very strong and was able to work the lock. However, I COULDN"T MAKE THE LOCK WORK. Jon then tried to fix the kitchen window with the usual excuses...bowed, weathered..etc. .well, that's why I called HyBar. He fixed it so good now I CANNOT OPEN THE WINDOW. I called Jeff at HyBar Aril 1, 2015 to apprise him that the sliding glass window lock still was not fixed and the kitchen window would not open. I requested that Patrick return (not Jon) to do the fix-up. Jeff said he had to talk to Jon first and would call me back. It was like Jeff didn't believe me. He asked if I had already paid. (was that a clue that no one would come back to fix the problems)? I'M STILL WAITING FOR JEFF TO CALL ME BACK AND ALSO TO RETURN MY SECOND CALL WHERE I WAS TOLD JEFF WASN'T AVAILABLE..I left a message for Jeff to call me. STILL WAITING I left a glowing review one year ago for this same company. However, Hybar is not the same company I used a year ago.

Description of Work: They had a major job to do and are not yet finished. However they are very professional and very good to use for the high end windows and sliding doors that I have.
