Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning

They did everything I expected them to do. They were just good.

I was a bit skeptical because they used what looked like a floor polisher rather than a vacuum/water type cleaner. The floors looked great when they were done. I suspect a lot of that was because the carefully "raked" the carpet. It did seem a lot cleaner. They were prompt. They were focused and quickly did the job. They did not try to upsell me on lots of other cleaning treatments. They did a good job. I would hire them again.

Tim and Bryan arrived on time. They called ahead and said they were on their way. They were very professional and friendly. They vacuumed the rooms, cleaned them and deodorized them. They did an excellent job and I would use them again. I would also recommend them to others. Thank you!

Went extremely well from start to end, Tim and Juan showed up on time, we took a tour of the house and showed them what we needed done, they confirmed the price with me, then they went to work. They were very pleasant to work with. I would definitely have them back again. We are thinking about have the grout cleaned in the tile floor and I would use them for this.

The Heaven's Best team arrived promptly for the scheduled time. I had paid in advance and there was no haggling over price like I have had to do with other companies. I really appreciated that they vacuum the house before cleaning the carpets. I vacuumed earlier but things get missed behind the couch. The results were great & I couldn't be more pleased with the results. We will call them again in a few months to keep the house looking nice.

The 2 men that came were punctual and extremely professional. I never did have my carpets cleaned before moving in. We have only vacuumed. Thought most of the stains from the previous owners were just that, stains. Boy was I wrong. They did such a fantastic job. The carpets were very clean and smelled citrus fresh. It only took the carpets about an hour to dry on a cold day. I will definately be calling them back to clean my carpets again. Thank you Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning.

I purchased a deal for four rooms and a hallway, but they said the hall was not included so I needed to pay extra for that. I expected to pay extra for my stairs and they made a good deal on the stair cleaning so the overall price was still OK. Michael came to clean my carpet on the scheduled day and he was very friendly and hardworking.

This was the best carpet cleaning company I have ever utilized! I was able to enjoy an Angie's List special that was being offered, but the first thing I noticed in my research for a good carpet cleaning company were the outstanding reviews on Heaven's Best. So even though I had that "discount," I will always use this company from now on--special or no special They are so reasonably priced for the great job they perform. They were terrific and kind from the first conversation I had with them, when they explained their process and scheduled my appointment. This company is professional, responsive, polite, and customer-oriented. My appointment lasted approximately 1-1/2 hours and they were on time and performed the services perfectly. In fact, the way their schedule was running that day, they called and gave me the option to bump my appointment one hour earlier if I wanted to---and I did. Tim and Ed were the very capable carpet techs, and they were highly skilled, efficient, and extremely pleasant. I was completely comfortable around them. I have a very old "challenging" carpet, but Tim and Ed were completely motivated to perform a great job for me---and by gosh--they transformed my carpets. It was one of those "before" and "after" experiences!! I was absolutely impressed that they cared so much! The process used by Heaven's Best results in a one-hour dry time, and that is absolutely true! I've had carpets cleaned in the past by other companies that resulted in wet carpets that stayed damp for days, but Heaven's Best process was amazing and fast. My carpet dried in one hour. It is fully clean and it smells nice! In summary, with Heaven's Best I have found my "go-to" carpet cleaners and I am so happy. I've already told my friends and family about them and I fully recommend them to the good people on Angie's List. Thank you so much Heaven's Best. You truly know how to run a business that will result in happy, returning customers like me!!!

They did a great job, showed up on time on very short notice and did an great job of cleaning the carpets. Would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

The manager was friendly and easy to deal with, appointment was easy to get. One half hour before they were scheduled to arrive, Tim called and said he was on his way, and arrived on the dot. He and his co-worker, Christian, got right to work. They both were super friendly, and very respectful of my home and my pets. They did a wonderful job in all the rooms, moved some furniture that I could not, and were very careful to put back what they could before they left, as some of the carpet was still drying. In fact, they were so helpful, that I had almost nothing to do when the carpet was finished drying except go into each room and marvel at how everything looked fresh and new. And before they left, Tim washed some of my windows! It was a last minute request on my part before they came out, and the manager made sure they brought the proper equipment to do the windows, since this was his carpet crew...not his window crew. Even though Tim was laughing about being a 'carpet guy', he did an awesome job on my windows!!! Another thing they did before they left that impressed me - they took a few of their damp towels and wiped down all the tiled areas throughout the house that they had walked on while they were here, because they didn't want to leave any footprints. To me, that's going the extra distance to make the customer happy and shows just how great this company and their employees are. I will definitely use this company and this crew again!

They were top notch from the scheduling to the job completion!! Tim & Roger were friendly, professional, thorough & fast! The carpets looked great & Tim even hung one of the bedroom doors the movers had taken off :))

I thought our appointment was for Thursday - they showed up on Wed. They called an left me a message they were running a little late and I realized they were on the way. I was not prepared but TIm and Mike assured me they would take care of everything and they did! I was unaware of the type of carpet cleaning they did so I gave this company a "B" for quality since I will not know until a few days/ weeks. It is not traditional steam cleaning. So far it seems fine. Mike and TIm were amazing and my carpet and tile look so much better. THe carpet is 12 years old and the tile/grout has never been professionally cleaned. I will be calling them again either before the holidays or in February before all the relatives come for my daughter wedding!

Loved, loved, loved them. They were great. Got spots out from our older dog who had problems. Carpet was dry in about and hour. They were prompt, professional and my carpet looks great.

The service went extremely well. Tim and Shawn called me when they were on their way and verified their estimated arrival time. They arrived promptly and were not only courteous but also quite friendly throughout the service appointment. Their professionalism was evident from start to finish. I would highly recommend Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning--and especially these two staff members--to anyone.

The carpets throughout the hose were very dirty and pet-stained. Heaven's Best did such a great job. The carpets looked amazing. Two weeks later we had a problem with the pet stains lifting up and coming up in certain areas. I called Heaven's Best and they scheduled to come right back out and redo those areas. The company was professional, kind, respectful and efficient. They showed up as scheduled and called first to say they were on the way. Another bonus of using this company is it only takes 1-2 hours for the carpets to dry after cleaning instead of the usual 4-5 hours with other companies. They were also able to get out a stubborn stain that two other carpet cleaning companies had been unable to get out. We will definitely use Heaven's Best again. They are the BEST!!!
