Heaven's Best came to my rescue in April 2017. I was new to Las Vegas and hired someone to clean our house from top to bottom BEFORE we moved in; this didn't happen and everything in a turmoil, nothing completed, or even began. I was in a hurry because our household belongs were arriving in a couple of days. I then called Heaven's Best and told Bill Cleland my dilemma. He immediately scheduled very efficient personnel to clean our windows, screens and tracks (via Mint Clean Windows) and others to clean tile and grout. All of them were very professional and wanted to do a good job. They did just that, and I must say that I'm very particular. So, last week I spoke with Darnell James at HB; he set up a carpet cleaning appointment because the carpets weren't cleaned correctly by someone else. The guys were great. And, when they weren't pleased with the original cleaning, they cleaned them again and it truly made a difference.

Called and arrived early, friendly and professional, carpets were beautiful when they left, dried quickly, got out spots I didn't think were possible. Have used them before and will again, love their service.

This company is great. They show up on time, and are very efficient. Have used them twice and have been very pleased with the quality of their work and price.

I had used them twice before, and they did an excellent job. This last time was not so good. I do not know what changed, but the rugs were not as clean, also there were lines in several areas where it seemed the dirt was still there.

I love this company. This is the third time I've used it. I forgot to write review before so this one will be only of my work done today. They came early - very early! Which I was not prepared for but they waited patiently in the driveway until I was ready. Christian and Wilson were very professional and very friendly. I felt comfortable having them in my home They cleaned my master bedroom, one upstairs bedroom and the formal living room, dinning room and TV room. I had to leave for a bit, however my husband was home. They would not move the couches in the formal living room (which they have done before) due to not having any plastic covers for the couch legs> because they have a metal part on the bottom, without the plastic cover the metal could rust. They did move the couch in the "tv" room as my husband indicated - no metal on the couch legs. I was surprised to hear that they did not have a simple tool for the job available. I have two dogs and train service dogs so we always have dogs in our home. In spite of my vacuuming several times before they arrived there was a lot of dog hair on the carpets and stairs that they had to deal with. Other then that one issue, my carpets look great and we plan on calling them back when we are ready to do the entire house as we are putting our house on the market to sell.

Tim and Dante were very knowledgeable, moved things that needed moved. They went above and beyond. Very good service. They were exactly on time!

Very professional service, and very detailed. Resealing the grout with color took almost 3 hours and was well worth the cost. Josh, Wilson, and Christian were very professional in their work ethics.

Prompt, courteous & very professional. Cleaned 3 bedrooms, living room and 2 hallway runners. They were able to remove stains that no one else could and the stains haven't returned. Very pleased with this company.

Very good. Guys called to say they could be there earlier than the scheduled time (which was perfect for me) did the work in a professional and efficient manner. Carpet looked great except for the border on the heavy use area where the carpet meets the kitchen. I will ask for spot treatment for that are next time. Otherwise A+ service.
