Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets in three rooms. The carpets look brand new and the technicians are very friendly and professional.

Description of Work: 2 guys came and did the whole house in about 2 hours. They were very courteous and helpful. The carpet looked great and was dry in about 2 hours or so.

Description of Work: They vacuumed and cleaned two bedroom carpets and one living room carpet. We have two black dogs, but the carpets were so clean afterwards that it didn't look like we had ever had any pets on them!

Description of Work: This is our second time using them because our first experience was great. I called the week of Thanksgiving and they were able to come that week. Our carpets look great. They were on time and professional.

Description of Work: The technician was able to make our rugs look almost new despite our having two dogs who are pretty tough on the carpet.

I was out of the home when my wife called me and told me the carpet clearners were at the home and estimated the cost to clean the carpets was to be $500.00! We have, in the last 25 years paid no more than $190.00 to do the job. The same job they were called to do! I told my wife to excuse them from the property. I was again, 10 minutes later called by my wife and she told me they called their "BOSS" and he reduced the price to $330.00. I again told my wife to excuse them from the property. How surprised I was when I arrived home and found them in my home 15 minutes later! I told them and in no uncertain terms to GET OUT OF MY HOUSE! Unfortunatly, and I do offer my apology for the terms I used in kicking them out of my house, things could have gotten a lot worse had they had attempted to argue. This company is not licensed in the city of Boulder City! When I called their Franchized Office I was refered to a guy named John who in no why could understand why I was irate. He did, however, say he would talk to the company about the license. I will be sure they do get a license if they want to keep "working" people in this City. I'm spreading the word. Away from me after I went to clean my office after the way they left it, not their fault ,I kicked them out. My wife gave them $20.00! What a mess all of this has created.
