I could not ask for a better experience. Don did everything he said he would do when he said he would do it. His workers left my house in excellent condition. I wish every interaction with a workman was this satisfying. The finished product is even better than I thought it would be.

The work is not yet done. We will contact him around July to have it done. I was so impressed by his honesty! He told us what he would do to improve the look of the grout.....at that point he could have told us what would have improved his bottom line.... instead he told us the best action plan for our grout issue. I'm sure that the work will be as outstanding as he is!

They came out first to measure and explain their service. They set an appointment and arrived on time. They first did the necessary prep work to assure no damage to other areas and when finished, walked me though the work and cleaned up. Very satisfied.

The two technicians were very professional. They explained what they would do, did it, and showed me what they had done after they completed it. They were very thorough. Before leaving, asked me if I was completely satisfied. Left the area completely clean. Definitely will hire them for other projects.

Very happy with the job. I had my marble tile counters restored and they look fabulous. The previous owner did a terrible job sealing the stone and the surface was waxy and peeling up. The crew was prompt, taped everything off and cleaned up afterwards. My only wish was that I understood the process better in stripping and sealing. I thought I was going to get my counters polished to remove the scratches and stains before the sealer was put on. The installer told me I just ordered stripping and sealing. I wanted my counters completely restored which they wound up doing at my request. Getting the sealer off is one thing but the next step is hone the surface, then use the polishing pads, then use the sealer to finish it. I paid more for that second step but was well worth it! Saved me the cost of ripping out my counters and spending thousands on a new countertop. Well worth it!

Cleaned my pool tile at a house just purchased which I don't think had been cleaned in 12 years and it looks beautiful. I did get in some trouble with the HOA because of the mess from the glass beads left on the street so make sure you ask them to clean it up!

Grout Pro was a fantastic find. Donald the owner came on a Friday night to scope out the job has we had a fairly serious leak in our showers that others had attempted to fix numerous times and failed miserably. We hired Grout Pro Thursday evening and he and his crew were here on Friday exactly on the time he had stated. The work was done swiftly, removing all old grout, silicone, etc. and replaced with new color matching grout. The installation looks fabulous and gives the shower's and brand new look and feel. There was Zero mess and his technician (Isrobe) was very nice, worked straight thru until the job was completed. These folks Rock !!!
