Very professional. Don contacted me very quickly and came out the same day for an estimate. The cost was reasonable. The tile cleaning and grout painting were very well done. The floors all look great, and there was no mess left behind for me to clean up. I highly recommend Grout Plus Tile and Grout Cleaning.

We are very pleased with Grout Plus Tile and Grout Cleaning. Don came out and gave us an estimate of the work, we scheduled and Carlos and Omar completed the job. This is an experienced, knowledgeable and professional, friendly company.

They were prompt and courteous and did a good job. However, there were some spots on my tile around the cabinets that were not tended to. Overall, the tile was clean and sanitized as requested and I am pleased with what I got for the price I paid.

Service tech sent me a text giving me an estimated time of arrival and was on time. He did a wonderful job and my floors look 100% better, thank you.

I had a great experience with Grout Plus. Don came out beforehand to measure the space that needed to be cleaned and provided an estimate. Then on the day of cleaning the estimate was confirmed before cleaning started. The crew also tested both acid and water-based cleaners to see which would be better for my tile. I really appreciated them trying two options instead of going with a one-size fits all cleaner. I had to leave my home during the cleaning and Tarrick from the crew texted me to let me know when they were almost done, which gave me enough time to head back and get there right when they were done cleaning.

Don Logan was the manager who came to look at my floors and give me a bid. He arrived on time and spent a good deal of time discussing the job and helping me pick the right shade to color and seal my grout. He was very patient and did not try to rush me. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Donald and Omar were the young men who worked on my floors. They were through, efficient, considerate and hard working. My grout and floors were in sad shape. By the time they were finished they looked like new floors. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company and will certainly ask for Donald and Omar should I need them again. Awesome Job!!

The work was unsatisfactory and highly overpriced. While the workers were friendly, the work was terrible. They also showed great disrespect for my house and damaged a number of areas. They did not accomplish what they promised.
