Grout Plus Tile and Grout Cleaning

I just had them clean my tile in my shower and seal it the grout. For what I paid I could’ve cleaned it my self and had someone seal it or I could’ve. But they were very nice.

They did a good job, however I felt they could have spent more time on the tile. They told me it would take 4 hours and it only took 2 hours. There are places that they either overlooked or didn't get care enough to do. Both were pleasant men.

Grout Plus did an excellent job of cleaning ceramic tile and sealing the grout of my house (1100 sq. ft). There was an issue with stains on a stainless steel appliances, but the owner (Don) came by and worked until 8:00 pm to polish the appliance to remove the stains. I am completely satisfied with the service they provided and would recommend Grout Plus to others.

Process took about 2.5 hours for 900SF tile. Results were excellent. Would definitely use this service again

Asked for a quote and they arrived when scheduled and were very professional Answered all questions. Had another company come for a quote and they were a nightmare - no tape measure - no form to give you written quote, etc. etc.

What I asked to have done has not been done yet. What I was advised to not have done by the visiting rep was done by technician. It appears that the left hand is not communicating with the right hand. I told the rep that what I wanted to have done was not done and he said that he would come the next day. Never showed up, never called and it has been 10 days since last we spoke.

They were great!! Professional and on time! Would definitely recommend and will use again. Fari price as well, especially with having close to 1000sq. feet of tile.

Dan has great customer service and he did a wonderful job cleaning my tiles and grout. He's very personable. He had the best price, too.
