Mike Garcia was beyond exceptional. He went way out of the way in his performance, attitude and knowledge to ensure that we were satisfied in all aspects of the job. No doubt untouched. So greatful for Everything he accomplished. I am hard to please and I couldn't complain an ounce. He took extra steps to ensure we were totally satisfied without a doubt before leaving the job. Lack of attention to detail. Technician left water bottles behind, didn't cover holes from the dig, failed to replace broken covers and didn't secure controller cover over exposed wires.

My sprinkler system was working perfectly until the fuse needed to be replaced (according to the screen reading). The Will Pros guys couldn't find where the fuse is! So they ended up replacing the monitor. They should be trained on all kinds of monitor. It would have cost me less to replace the fuse.

Carlos was very helpful. He explained the problem and made the needed repairs.

Honesty and quality are hard to find in most companies hired for repair work. This was not the case in my experience with This company. Very professional and courteous technicians.

Oscar came to fix a problem with my sprinkler system that was previously diagnosed by Carlos. He was very courteous and efficient. He even dug up the roots of a shrub so that I would not have problems in the future. I think the repair was a little pricey, but that has nothing to do with the professionalism of Oscar.

Carlos came to identify a water leak. It happened to be with my sprinkler system, so he called their sprinkler guy to come fix. Also, looked at my water heater, which I was going to replace anyway and said he could do it then and get it up to code. First water heater that was delivered by another Will's employee didn't fit the small space I have for my water heater, so Carlos went and found one that would fit. All of this started on a Friday afternoon around 1:00 and by the time all was complete with the install, it was after 6:00, but he never made me feel like he was rushing to get out of there. Very nice, informative and courteous.
