Jacinto (and Desi) were very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They addressed my plumbing issue (poorly functioning shower/tub diverter in an old 1963 house) and fixed it in an expedient and timely manner. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. It was not a big project, just a leak in the Master Bath toilet. Glad I didn't need any parts, the one hour charge was more than I expected.
