They showed up on time on the scheduled date. The roof was repaired on the scheduled date and the ceiling was to be repaired on the same date as well. When the repair man showed up to repair the ceiling, he looked at the job and said, oh this a 2 person job but only scheduled one person to fix/ repair the ceiling. I had to wait another week to get the ceiling repaired but the work they did in my opinion was excellent. II will use them again as they repair roofs and ceilings. They were very polite and were on time.

The individual that was sent to do the roofing repair, Angel, was excellent. He worked the moment he arrived. But the cost was a little high. Four and half hours work for $800. But the job was done excellent. If you have a roofing repair job that needs to be done, make sure Angel is the man who completes it.

The crew was right on time, They worked hard all day, even when it started to rain and was very cold. A nice bunch of guys. Got the job done and we are very pleased with the job.

The estimator was on time and very friendly, listened to our issue and explained the reason of the leak. Checked our roof in detail and noticed many tiles that were broken and the main source of the leak. Got a repair estimate and within a week, the repari person was at my house. I was called one day before to confirm the time, he was very good, repaired the leak and even replace many broken roof tiles from other areas. I am very pleased with the work done, time of completion. I think that it was a bit too much for the charge, but bottom line, I guess that fact that their service and response time makes it up.

New regs by SW Gas delayed rebate program, contractor reduced price to compensate. Should have been ready for this change. Other than that very professional and nice working crew.
