First Quality Roofing and Tile

The sell you on a 10-year guarantee that they refuse to honor when you have leaks. I have had three leaks since march 0f 2018. They won't return emails or calls when you have issues and now I have to sue them in small claims, which is a hassle. Use Rhino Roofing. They were much better and not any more expensive. Based on my experience, I have no idea how this company could have stayed in business for this long.

It took a long time to get scheduled the service. Service was provided, I?m not sure on quality because it?s hard to say how good was the roof cleaning, but they charge a fee for CC payment. I would like to know it in advance.

I called to get a quote on some roofing repairs that needed to be completed. HONEST!!! After a particularly severe windstorm I checked my roof and found that I had lost a couple of shingles, I thought maybe it's time for a total roof replacement, so I called around for a quote to repair or replace, and the consensus was that my 25 yr old roof was in good shape and I really didn't need to replace the roof itself, I got a few quotes for repair, which i thought were kind of high, then the GM from Quality Roof came and told me the same thing . I' m not going to go into specific details, but Quality ended up replacing some missing shingles giving me a deal that couldn't be beat....trust me, these are the guys you want to do business with....

This was the only company that would do a repair, all the other companies wanted to do the whole roof and I didn't need a whole roof. It saved me tons of money.

The work was started and completed as promised. Everyone involved was terrific. They cleaned up at the end of the project so that you never knew they were there!

Billy came and inspected the job personally prior to removal and replacement. Gave a very reasonable estimate and time to be done. The job was completed on time. All the men on the job were very neat and professional. All cleanup was done and hauled away by crew. I highly recommend First Quality Roofing and Billy and his crew to do your work for you.
