Description of Work: This is the fourth time they have been out to trim my trees. Always an excellent job. They are 100% responsive to special requests, eg, trim a little more off that area. Once you call to set up a visit, a rep will come out, answer your questions, tell you what would be best for the tree, and will also assess how you are irrigating the tree(s). A few days later, they will contact you with the price for you to accept or decline. |The workers show up with a plan and get right to work without wasting time. When they are done trimming, they clean up the entire area so it looks great.

Description of Work: First Choice trimmed varying types for trees. It was easy to schedule and their service was prompt. All the trimmings were picked up and removed. They even were concerned about trimmings that had fallen in to neighbors yard. The price was fair and quote matched day of service fee.

Description of Work: I used them two years ago. Excellent performance then. Now I received and estimated cost of tree trimming. Because of possible tree damage due to resing temperatures this service was not recommended until late fall. I've rescheduled.

Description of Work: First Choice Arborist Eddie initially was going to trim and retake our Palo Verde tree, which has been staked for years to keep it from falling over. Due to a saturated yard (from a plumbing/irrigation problem) and strong winds, the tree began to pull out of the ground. Eddie responded to our emergency call and told us he could go ahead and trim and retake the tree, but it would only be a temporary fix, and the best thing to do was to cut down the tree and remove the stump (which cost us less money). The tree was down that day, and the stump removed the following day. The workers left our yard in great shape -- no leftover branches, misplaced dirt, etc. It looked like no one had been there.....except for the missing tree. Eddie has also indicated that he will be happy to help us choose an appropriate tree for the space we have, and will plant it for us.

Description of Work: Trimmed 2 palm trees and cleaned up debris. Very professional and efficient.

Description of Work: Needed 4 trees trimmed - 1 small fruit tree, 2 large fruit trees and an enormous Mulberry. Received an estimate very timely, but because there were power lines near/within the branches of the Mulberry tree, the power company needed to assess and send their contractor out to trim first. First Choice Tree Service helped me coordinate with the power company to make this happen. First Choice came the day after the power company vendor did its trimming, and cleared away all of the cut branches left behind by the other company. First Choice arrived at my house on time and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I had an apricot tree removed in my backyard. I was given a time window of 7-8am. They arrived by 7:15am. They quickly did the work. The crew with the stump grinder arrived after. They also did a good job and cleaned up the area. It looked like they were never there. I was very pleased with the service I received and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Henrie tree service removed a mesquite tree & the stump. I had previously had them out to trim this same mesquite because it was rubbing against the roof and house stucco. At that time I was very pleased with their tree trimming service. I like landscape very natural, and my husband likes it trimmed and clean. Henrie made both of us pleased. The reason we had the other mesquite removed was due to installation of solar. It was a last minute decision and Henrie fit us into the schedule within 12 days. The tree has been gone for 6 months and there is no evidence of any shoots from where the tree was.

Description of Work: Trimmed two trees, one in the front yard and one in the back. Restaked the front yard tree. Hand pruned all bushes in the front yard. The 3 person crew arrived in the middle of the four hour time frame I was provided. They were friendly, polite and efficient, sanitizing their equipment prior to starting on my trees and bushes and completely cleaning up after they were finished. I will definitely use this company in the future.
