Fireplace & BBQ Service

Ron was great - he was right on time and was excellent: from dealing with large dogs, to letting me know how things worked (or should work). He also let me know when something was an electronic issue and put me in touch with another provider who deals with that part of the fireplaces. When he was leaving, he said he didn't want any money since he didn't really do anything. I insisted he take at least $20 for his time and travel. I will definitely be calling Ron again to keep our furnaces in working order!

Ron scheduled an appointment to check out our gas log fireplace and showed up on time. He repaired the problem, and made a notation of possible future problems for reference. I would use his services again in the future.

I called Ron Florio on Monday morning, and he was able to come that very day. He called me when he was on his way, which was helpful. He presented very professionally and was very knowledgeable. He did an assessment of my 17-yr old gas fireplace as I have been having problems with the flame being too high and recently it would not light. It turned out to need a new switch, which he replaced. He also adjusted the flame for me. He cleaned and checked all the parts and did testing on approximately how much longer some of the parts, namely, the igniter, might last. I also asked him if my glass needed to be replaced soon, and he got me prices on what it would cost, which was an excellent price. From my experience with Ron, I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to any friends that might need his service.

Very well, arrived on time and completed the job on time. Saved me a lot of money find a custom clip for the second fireplace because if the clip didn't work a second glass door would have been need to buy. Very honest man and professional.

He called back several days later and said that he didn't like the pressure reading coming from the valve and that he will replace it. There are no many this ethical anymore. Highly recommended!

Ron was great. On time, knowledgeable, friendly. He found two control valves that weren't working properly and tried to find replacements. Couldn't find them here in Las Vegas but called and said he was going to California anyway and had found a couple out there and he would pick them up for us while he was there. He did and came back out and found the valves weren't an exact match so he was able to mix and match until he got them to work.He also notched the "Off"position on all 8 knobs as the lettering had faded some time ago. My wife insists I add that he was aperfect gentlemen throughou our dealings with him. Great experience with Ron. We highly recommend him to anyone needing these services. Thanks again Ron.

Ron arrived on time and did a good job of repairing the fireplace that would just stop working for no apparent reason. He took it apart and explained what he was doing and offered tips on how to keep it working better. He even told us what it will cost it to repair when the weakened part eventually wears out.

Excellent service; diagnosis and repair took approximately 45mins; he repaired the switch and a loose wire and advised of a future valve issue. Overall service was great, the price was great; another repair person i called quoted me minimum $450; i was very impressed! I highly recommend Ron for all my future repairs related to a fireplace.

Good guy, showed up when he said he would. Found my problems quickly, cleaned things that needed cleaning and made adjustments. I figured I had a bad part, he could have charged me for a part that I didn't need but he did not.

There was confusion with another customer so he was late in arriving but when we got the information straight he came right over and was very personable and apologized for the mix up. He was neat and vacuumed the fireplace and logs after the service. did not mind me watching him work so I knew the why and well as what he was doing and was glad to explain. The service was much less than I expected and he was in and out in about an hour. I would definitely call him again.

They did great a great job explaining everything and they provided wonderful service.

Inspected and made sure that majestic gas fireplace was working properly. Ron also inspected my built-in gas grill. He noted that this grill is no longer made and that parts/repairs would be virtually impossible. He also noted that I had a loose connection with the control knob and that eventually it would break. Told me that I could continue to use the grill but to be vigilant. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I would definitely recommend him.

He ordered the glass special because the company had gone out of business.He cleaned everything up. He was very good. The price was great.

Excellent!!! Ron, called before the appointed time to tell me he was on his way and would arrive shortly. He came fully prepared with his tools to service/repair the gas fireplace.He was courteous and very professional. Ron got to work immediately when he arrived. He explained that the fireplace unit was an older unit (17 years old) and would eventually need work down the line, but as for now all that was required was the wall switch! What a blessing to have a repair man who doesn't try to over charge but is honest! I would definitely call Fireplace and BBQ Service again without hesitation. He was very kind and patient with my rescue dog. Even though I was prepared to place her in another room he didn't mind that she stayed around.

I contacted Ron the month before and he came out to take a look. He gave me a reasonable estimate, so I put down a $100 deposit for him to come out and install a new Turbo BBQ the following month. He came out last week and installed the BBQ. It looks and works great. Am planning to use Ron in the future for my fireplaces as well.

Our indoor gas fireplace stopped working, and we weren't sure if it was an electric switch or gas valve issue. I called Ron after seeing his review on Angie's List. He was able to come out the very next day. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He not only fixed our issue, but gave me some good tips on how to ensure my fireplace works over time (since Majestic is out of business now and replacing anything could be an issue). I'd definitely recommend him to friends, family or anyone.
