Set an appointment and waited the 2 weeks until the next available date. No call. No show. Only available phone number has no answer, goes to voicemail and voicemail box full so couldn't leave a message.

Ron completely overhauled the unit, helped us select the fire glass from his large selection & it is beautiful. We are extremely happy. Ron made sure to cover everything as he worked & left the house spotless. We would hire him again & highly recommend him.

Our gas fireplace wouldn't light, so we called to schedule an appointment. Ron was already in the area at another job, so he said he could come over after he completed the other job. He arrived about an hour later. He diagnosed the issue – a faulty wall switch – which he replaced. When he was done, he cleaned all of the glass on our three-sided fireplace. The fireplace looks better than it has in years!

Ron was great! He called to confirm with me the day before and the morning after, to let me know he was on his way. I told him the problems I was having and he went to work, communicating with me the whole time. He was finished within a half hour and was very polite and professional the whole time.

They were diagnosed and cleaned quickly. It has been working perfectly since. I called to have it looked at, and he was quick to respond, and was at my house within one hour.

Ron called prior to showing up to confirm I was available and provided his arrival time. He introduced himself and we reviewed what I was looking for and he went right to work. He had all his equipment and pads to keep the house clean. After completion, Ron reviewed everything with me and my option with regard to the outdoor BBQ (fixing vs replacing) and offered to provide a quote for a new BBQ installation unit. Ron provided an invoice and uses Square to complete the payment which means you get an email/text with link to receipt for your records. Ron was very professional, patient and ensured I understood everything.

(1) Turned out it was the knob, which he repaired on the spot with no parts charge. (2) This was an easy fix when you know what to do. In short, he did what was needed with no extra charges, etc., and was knowlegeable, professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him.
