Description of Work: Our bar-b-q was not heating to the proper temperature. This provider had been called about 6 months earlier, & he made minor repairs. However, this time he said all the hoses needed to be replaced, at a cost of $175. When we called for the repair, we were told we couldn't be given an appt. time due to his busy schedule, & he said he'd call us when he had an opening. He did call, several weeks later. We do like the repairman, & he seems knowledgeable.

Description of Work: I Recently purchased a Gas Weber grill. It was 3/8 inch female to a gas line of 3/4 inch female. After several trips to Home depot and Lowes along with plumbing supply stores we were very frustrated that we couldnt get our new grill hooked up without gas leaking or without minimal heat. Call Ron. He new exactly what I needed and came out the next morning. Now it works perfectly. |Thank you Ron!!

Description of Work: Ron came to my house twice to address two separate issues with two separate fireplaces; thus the reason for the extra $50. He was on time, professional, pleasant, and very clear with the issues that each fireplace had. He even gave me advise on an air condition issue I was having (Thanks Ron, you saved me some money there). A professional, knowledgeable, long standing fireplace man (is that politically correct to say that?)is hard to find, and Ron fits the bill. I will make sure that he will always be my go-to guy and that I pass his name on to my good friends with faulty fireplaces.

Description of Work: Ron was great to work with, was on time, diagnosed the problem correctly and then ordered the part and returned to fix it. Everything went smoothly and he was very particular to keep the area clean. Will continue to call Ron for any problems in the future.

Description of Work: Had to get a replacement for our built- in BBQ. The brick structure is 28 years old so Ron had to do a lot of measuring and figuring out what and how to make it fit. The job was done well and in a timely manner.

Description of Work: Ron came and inspected our fireplace. We hadn't used it since we bought our house. The fireplace had a tag from SW Gas that indicated it had a problem. Ron got it functioning for us.

Description of Work: My pilot light had blown out and despite following directions I was unable to light it. Ron came quickly and was able to light it quickly. He checked everything and trimmed some small branches away from the vent. I was very pleased with his service and would use him again.
