Description of Work: Replaced a cracked double-glazed window. Much more involved than what was represented on internet. Glass was clued into aluminum frame and tech had to remove glass using torch to heat glue, scrape frame to remove glue residue and glue new glass into place.

+ -1 moreWe were in a rush before the holidays and our window was broken, so we recieved estimates in the hundreds from other window/glass companies who were on Angie's List who came out to our home. We called Fast Glass and they helped us by phone to remove the window ourselves, so we took it in to them and within a few hours it was finished. In the cold winter months, it's holding up great, and you would never know the difference. What a shock as the other companies were going to charge so much more and take weeks to do.
Description of Work: Replaced double pane glass window that was broken. There was no gasket on the window.

+ -1 moreThey are an extraordinary professional company that have great follow up. There was a problem with the glass being delivered incorrectly to Fast Glass, but they wanted to get it corrected. They were here on time with four workers that conducted themselves very professionally. Their prices are very fair and they offer fair warranties. They also clean up the area very well. I would recommend them to anyone.

+ -1 moreWe were worried about the cost of the replacement, because it was a Pella window, but it was quite reasonable. Their system is very efficient, so it did not take more than hour for them to be finished. We also liked the outward politeness they displayed, and the window has a perfect seal. It is more solid than our other windows. If there is damage to our other windows, Fast Glass will get our business.
Description of Work: Fast Glass Incorporated replaced one of the panes on a double paned insulated window that was damaged.
