Great service. Contacted Fast Glass and a tech was sent out in a few days to take measurements. A week later my new windows were installed. I thought the cost was very reasonable.

Great. I gave Terry an approximate measure of window and was provided what I considered a reasonable cost. Within a few days the technician came out to obtain exact measurement and within a week my window was completed. They were a pleasure to work with.

It went well and fast. What is most notable, I had wonderful customer service on both visits. Mine was a simple glass replace and I was treated with a lot of old fashioned respect. I genuinely recommend an A.

The initial phone contact was courteous, and they gave me an estimate based on my measurements. Then a scheduled tech came over to take precise measurements. In a day or 2 a tech came and installed the new windows. Unfortunately 1 window cracked upon installation. The crack was so small that I did not notice it, but it absolutely would have resulted in disaster because the window was dual pane. The tech pointed out the crack to me (which demonstrates extreme honesty) and a new piece of glass would have to be made, which took another day. The next day the tech arrived on time and installed the window again. My only gripe is that the actual price was about $50 more than the original quoted price, and they could not explain why. (This price increase was before the installation, so the need to get another piece of glass was not a factor.) However, the Fast Glass price was about $100 less than their competitors so I let it slide.

06/30 tues - called them in the morning requesting they replace broken windows (burglary, glass broken). they said the earliest they could get to our house was thursday. i asked if they could at least come in that afternoon to board up the windows and give me an estimate. so i'm waiting for them to show up from 1pm-5pm. no one shows up. i call back after 5pm asking what time they would be there, everyone was gone for the day. 07/02 thurs - they show up and take measurements. 07/06 mon - i call them twice, asking when the windows were going to get done. they give me a quote and ask for a 50% deposit. 07/13 mon - i call again asking when they were coming to fix the windows. they call me back with a schedule 07/15 wed - windows finally fixed. Contrary to what their name says, Fast Glass is not fast. I had to constantly call them to get the process going. And in my opinion, it felt like they weren't really interested in the job. i had to call them to give me a quote, when they could have called me on friday with the info. we could have sped up the whole process. and when i called them on 07/13, I don't think we were even scheduled. No, I would not recommend them.

Very good service. Came out and measured a few days ago and came to install it today. Very quick, clean and efficient job. Highly recommended

They came in under their original phone quote, were ahead of schedule, polite, cleaned up, installation was top notch.

He went above and beyond in repairing my window. And the price was approximately $220 lower than the nearest competitor. I would recommend to others.

Phoned the number listed which was in Reno, I live in Henderson NV was referred to anther number called that one the person I spoke with told me that he did not do small jobs. Do Not call

We had a window in our kids bathroom that had the weather stripping popping out of it so I called Fast Glass becasue they had helped me before with some glass for my truck. Anyway, I gave them some basic measurements on the phone and they gave me an idea on pricing. I told them lets do it. They came out to get a measurement and I got called back that day with the quote. They said it would take only a couple of days to get it made and then they could come back out. It didn't take any time at all and we had our new window installed. I checked the area before they chenged out the window and then again after they were done and I have no idea at all how they took out the old one and put the new one in with no mess, no scratches, nothing. What I love about it is that you can't tell they even replaced it, other then the fact that this window is perfect and our old one was horrible. Thanks for a great job and a price that I was very happy to pay. Will certainly come back again.

I called, a REAL person answered the phone! They sent someone out to measure within a couple of days. All work measuring and replacing the double paned window was done within a weeks time. They showed up on time each time they came out. If needed I would use them again and refer them to friends.I only gave them a B on price because I don't know how their price compared to others, they gave me a guesstimate over the phone. When they came out to take exact measurements it came out less so that worked for me.

Based on the outstanding Angie's List scores and proximity to the home location, I went to their place of business on 6/17/2014 to inquire how much a replacement mirror would cost. I was given a quote on the spot, which I accepted. Two days later, Tony came by to confirm the measurements and on 6/24/2014 Tony returned with the new mirror and installed it. He also hauled away all the broken glass from the old mirror. Fast Glass deserves it's outstanding ranking. I would not hesitate using them again.

The pros: fast appointment time, provider arrived on time, good clean up of area The cons: When I called for the appointment I stated that I needed broken single-pane, steel-casement window replaced. When the technician arrived he looked at the window, called his office for an estimate, and gave me the price. I agreed and he told me that they don't use putty around the window anymore. They use a different material instead. I asked him if it looked the same. He shrugged and said they just don't use it anymore because it's old-fashioned and this is new stuff. I said, and quot;OKand quot;. He repaired the window and used a cauk (looks like white silicone) to glue the window into place, so it was glued but is missing the material (putty) that secures the window. It looks totally different than the window next to it. He told my husband he was finished and my husband asked if he was going to add the and quot;newand quot; material to finish it. The guy said that they don't do that anymore because it and quot;takes too much timeand quot; but that my husband could do it himself. Indeed we will have to do it ourselves, even though we paid $140 for the repair. Hmmm.

We visited the business location to inquire about the price of what we wanted done. They explained all the options available and gave us a price. We went back a day or two later to place the order. Everything went extremely well, and the job was completed as promised. We will be going back to this provider for any future glass needs we might have. The staff was friendly, attentive, helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. These guys are great.

They immediately answered my call and arranged an estimate on the day I requested. The sales and installation representative, Chris, was on time, professional, courteous and quick with his detailed measurements and quote. They provided the lowest price of the 3 from which I received quotes, and Chris, gave the best impression. On the day of installation they arrived on time, worked quickly performed a great installation and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them again. An additional benefit of Chris' experience was, on the day he provided the quote, he also surprisingly fixed right then a problem of very difficult movement of my 8 ft high, extra wide, glass sliding door that I had struggled with for several years, and became progressively worse. I had to open and walk Chris through that door so he could see from the outside the window to be replaced. It took two hands to barely move that door. Chris said he could fix that door by adjusting the rollers for a small $85 fee. Other various repair contractors had told me the door and frame needed to be replaced. Chris fixed it completely, and he re-aligned the lock to fit at the new level of the door. That door now slides with one finger! Neither of the other 2 glass repair companies I called offered any idea for a solution to that door. I am especially pleased with the overall service by Fast Glass.

Tony from Fast Glass replaced the glass with excellent craftsmanship. Fast Glass made the repair in a timely fashion. Both Tony and Pete from Fast Glass were professional, polite and flexible with my schedule. The replaced door looks very nice and Tony left the work area clean. I would recommend Fast Glass to friends and family that have glass work needs.
