Description of Work: Replaced large double-pane windows: both slider and stationary sides. I'm not familiar with standard pricing for glass windows, but they were comparably priced with others I called. The technician was prompt, worked quickly, cleaned up when finished and was very personable. I would not hesitate to employ them again.

Description of Work: I wanted to replace the windshield on my son's truck as a birthday gift, since it has had a crack in it since he bought it three years ago. Fast Glass came up with a very reasonable quote, I arranged to pay on my credit card over the phone, they set up a time with my son and went out right away to handle the job. The response was prompt, the price was right, the service great!

Description of Work: I had called the company on oct 18th to have an estimate scheduled for fri nov 5th, my only day off. I have a large 2nd story window that needs to be replaced. I was told they would be at my townhouse between 8-12pm. At 1030am that fri, I called to confirm since I hadn't heard from them. They could not find my appointment. They offered to have someone come out and at 1230pm, Jimmy arrived. He was professional. I was disappointed though when I was told it would take 1-2 days to be provided with an estimate. I called the following mon and was told they needed to call the glass provider. After calling them back an hour later, I was told glass could be ordered but the glass company would not warranty. I decided to go with another company.
