Fabulous service, great personnel. Arrived promptly, did the work in a professional manner. Spent a great deal of time teaching me how to operate all my new equipment. Also very responsive to all my phone calls when I needed assistance. Pricing very competitive. Would not hesitate to recommend this company for anyone's audio/visual and security needs.

It went very well. Jeremy was delayed but he called to let us know and asked if we needed to reschedule. He explained everything he was doing and how to do it. He explained in terms that my husband and I could understand. He took his shoes off at the door so to avoid any dirt he might leave on the carpet. I had purchased a wireless router and asked him to hook it up. After looking at our internet hook up he said we already had wireless. He showed me and he was right. Saved me some money. Would I recommend him to my friends. You bet, I'd do without hesitation. Good work Jeremy!!!

Our DVD player went out in the middle of a movie on friday. I found Jeremy on Angies List to help us in purchasing and installing a new player for our complicated surround sound system. When my husband called he answered right away. He said he could provide the player we wanted and install it the following evening. We appreciated that Jeremy was available on Saturday! Jeremy arrived promptly with the new DVD player. He was professional in every way, checking each of our connections to our many components. He is very knowledgable as well as very personable. The installation was perfect! It was very enjoyable for us to have Jeremy in our home. We highly recommend him!

Jeremy was everything I expected from reading the other reviews. He is knowledgeable, punctual, and very professional. I gave him the details of what I wanted our system to do and he exceeded my expectations. He installed his equipment and connected it up with our television and then programed the universal remote control. The installation was clean and everything worked perfectly. He spent a good deal of time going over the use of the universal remote and answered any questions we had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jeremy to anyone needing installation of audio/video equipment in their home or office.

Jeremy was suggested by our decorator to install a A/V system in our new home. From initial interview to proposal through completion, he was very professional, always on time, very neat and answered all my questions concerning the new system. More importantly, he was very willing to incorporate my old components into the new system as well as offer suggestions to enhance or improve the system. I would highly recommend him to others looking for any A/V, lighting or networking solution.

They were excellent, they were prompt, efficient and affordable. I called them last minute and they came right away.

My wife and I accepted Jeremy's quote and upon arrival made an appointment for Jeremy to come out and install the equipment.(Television, Sound Bar, TV Wall Mount, RF Electronics Controller, and misc cabling.). We arrive in town on 9/24/2013 and scheduled Jeremy to come out on 9/28/2013. Jeremy and his assistant showed up on time and were very polite and professional. Although I normally do not require people to take off their shoes at the door, this was one of the first things they did which kind of surprised me. The whole installation to install the TV wall mount, install a 65" TV and sound bar plus the electronic wiring that ran through the wall to a closet where all the main components were installed took 2-3 hours. Once completed with the main install, Jeremy and his assistant made sure the Universal Remote control was working as well as provided us instructions on how to use the remote. Jeremy also made sure that my wife's phone had the TV app on it and that she was able to use the "Smart TV" feature. From start to finish Jeremy was very professional and polite and we would recommend him to anyone who asks.

Well...to my delight...and surprise with dealing with most companies here in Las Vegas...he was "on time"...He came in my house and kindly even removed his shoes! He immediately began to set up his computer and open box's of new equipment that he was about to install...about 60 minutes later my TV viewing room was transformed into a movie theater...I don't have to pay $50.00 for two of us to go to the movies anymore...I have the same sound and feeling as in any theater in town..."wow"...thanks....and one more thing...an idiot proof remote that works all my components. This is my lucky day I thought...thanks to Jeremy and his assistant. Call him...you will be very happy with his price and his ability to get you anything you desire in the way of audio visual equipment and then some...if you can dream it...he can get it done and installed in a short amount of time...what a great company!...again Thanks!!!
