They gave me a 50 minute sales pitch on why I should buy their expensive equipment. (the ad said they would give me 120 minutes of help). I wanted they to help me with my current sound system.

This was the 2nd time I have used Elite A/V LLC and once again a great job! They arrived on time, made recommendations as to where and how to hang the tvs and got straight to work. Once they were done, they cleaned up after themselves, and made sure I was happy with the work they had done. Highly recommend Elite A/V LLC and will always use them for any of my a/v needs!!

This was my 2nd job for our "go to guys" for all of our tv and sound systems projects and once again Elite A/V LLC came though like champs! Erik and Mike arrived on time as agreed to our new home and made sure they didn't track in anything on our new carpets . They were very careful with moving our new furniture as well. They looked at the job we had, made some quick recommendations on how we wanted it to be done and immediately got to work. There was an issue with the tv placement in 1 room due to stud placement, but they were able to get it so close that you couldn't even see the difference. The fact that it was to them and that they informed me of such a minor change really impressed me! Afterwards, they made sure everything was working to my satisfaction even before taking their tools out or even asking for payment, which was exactly what I was quoted and I really appreciated the fact that they didn't like with most specials, once the workmen are in your home they try to upsell you to death. I have used Elite A/V several times and keep returning to them for my home Internet and media needs. FIrst I had a robust home wireless network installed with modem, router, and WAPs. I ended up with a 5g and 2g personal and guest network. They were thorough in testing signal strength and selecting WAP placement. Carmine always line items the estimate in great detail and reviews with you so you can understand what it is and decide if wanted. I appreciated hearing options and pricing so I could make choices. They have subsequently talked me through a couple resets when Cox or the router hiccups and they are always gracious with my subsequent tech support inquiries. The wireless upgrade work was about $2700 I then hired them to wall mount a 75 in tv which I ended up purchasing through them as the price was equal to anything I could find online or through a store sale. It was so much easier having them bring it and unpack and just take care of it all. After discussing sound options, we purchased the Sonos system - soundbar for tv and subwoofer. I could not be more pleased with their professionalism and expertise. It all looks great, wires all hidden..Apple tv hidden behind. I then extended the Sonos system with controllers connected to existing hard wired system. We reviewed options togethers and decided to connect to existing built in speaker system as the sound was good. Now I have audio streaming throughout the home segmented by room and cintrolled from mobile devices. The price for the tv, Sonos bar, subwoofer install was about install about $3800. I do not recall the cost of the Sonos controllers for the rest of the home. Carmine genuinely listens to you and offers options in various price ranges so that the customer can make an informed choice. Nestor, one of the techs, is very knowledgeable and helpful and I learn from him so I can trouble shoot. On the few occassions when the router has hiccupped, they responded quickly and talked me through the reset. I would say that network reliability is about 99% but I plan to purchase a device to monitor network and reset as needed. I have subsequently turned to them to mount my updated Apple tv to the flatscreen and to wall mount a new tv. I plan to continue using them for future home networking options (e.g., thermostats and lights)

I called Elite AV to get a universal remote to work with all my devices. Then they introduced me to Control 4. I’m hooked.. Push the Red Button! They setup automated lights, locks, and integrated my cameras all in system that was super simple to use. I can check on the status of my home from my phone. Elite AV put the future in my house! Well done guys.

I couldn't be more pleased (although the price might have been just a bit high for the time the job actually took). The owner responded to my initial emailed inquiries almost immediately, and I was able to schedule an appointment less than 48 hours later. The technicians, Nestor and Travis, called me about one-half hour before they arrived and were extremely punctual. The installation of the speakers was completed in about 45 minutes without any problems. They protected all my furniture, etc., with plastic while they were working and cleaned up afterwards. They were knowledgeable and professional, even helping me identify which of five wires (which had been installed without labels) came from the speakers they had just installed. I would definitely hire them again and hope to visit their showroom sometime soon.

Really well. I'd bought a bad receiver, so I returned it and they sold me one of theirs. They were even available by text after they left and I had questions. WOW!

Send an email and never heard back. Called about a week later and spoke to someone who said I would get a call back. Never heard from them. Very disappointing as they seem to get great reviews.

Dylan did a great job. Was very honest and did not up sell me on things that I didn't need. They will be my go to company for all of my A/V needs.

We can't give enough praise to Elite A/V. When we hired them (for Tv and wire installation) we were skeptical. Because we didn't know anything about A/V system. But they(Jeremy and all them crew)were very honest and knowledgeable, professional. My husband is very specific but they worked with us very friendly and we had great customer service. We were happy what we got from Elite A/V service. We highly recommend this company to all.

My TV was not working, so he technician came out and installed a new HDMI cable through the ceiling in the attic. I supplied the new HDMI cable. That did not work, so they sold me a new splitter and installed that in the attic. That fixed the problem. The technician was courteous and helpful. The call cost $99 using a Big Deal . The splitter cost $169. Overall, good experience. Would use them again.

They did exactly what I wanted them to do. It was worth the price. The guy knew what he was doing. They were good. They were professional. They gave me some hints that would help with some other things I had. They didn't try to up sell me on anything.

All went well. I want to thank Dylan, Erik (and son) for the fantastic job they all did for us. We have an older audio system, and they got it all hooked up without a problem. Erik (and son) were very professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves the entire time. Dylan was great to work with, in getting the project up and going. Thanks again you guys, and I will surely refer you to anyone that might need said services.

They worked through all my dust and din with great humor and were eager to answer all questions I had, and due to fact that I am totally uninformed about audio and video, that was quite appreciated . I would recommend them as the best and will use them in the future without hesitation. Great crew!!

I sent an email to Elite A/V LLC to see if they could give me an estimate to hook up a new blue ray, to an older home theater system and new tv. They replied back to me within minutes saying it would probably be around $99.00 which I found acceptable and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They arrived on time and explained that because the home theater system was so old they could not connect the new blue ray to it but could only connect it to the TV. Since that was not a good option for me I declined and they were kind enough to not charge me for the service call. I then thought about purchasing another home theater system but they suggested that I use the existing built in ceiling speakers. I had originally not wanted to spend what I thought would be a lot of money to hook those up but after further discussions with Dylan I agreed this was the best route. He was able to provide a receiver and sub-woofer for me or I could have went out and purchased my own. I verified based on his quote and the cost was no more than what I would have paid at Best Buy. We rescheduled for the next day for the install and again they were right on time. Kevin and his partner came out and completed the installation in about 2 ½ hours talking us through the whole process. They had to cut a small hole in the back of the entertainment center so they could attach the wires which I was at first not crazy about but it was very small and behind a closed door so it was a non-issue. The cost came to more than what I had intended to spend at the time but I am so glad that I went with their suggestion. The sound is fantastic, I don’t think we will ever go out to see movies again. I would highly recommend Elite A/V LLC as I felt they were very honest in explaining our options and we did not feel pressured at all on the direction to go. Cost included new receiver, new sub-woofer and installation.

Dylan did it quickly and cleaned up any mess that was made. he knew what he was doing which was reassuring.

This was a very big job and it took all day. I actually can't believe they got it all done in one day. There was so much to remove first and then so much to install; including going up into the attic to run a wire over & down through the kitchen cabinet for just 1 piece of the job. Plus all the stuff in the entertainment center was installed. Then it all had to be connected to each other and then "talk" to each other. "Tech-Guru" Kevin had the difficult job of making sure each piece was programmed and the Universal remote ran Everything properly. That was an all day job in itself! Chris and Trevor did all the physical stuff. They even offered to take all of our old components to a local charity on their way home! Thumbs up to Chris his and crew for Everything! They were prompt, polite, and actually a lot of fun to have around. We are looking forward to having them back again. Chris has also been available to consult on any questions we have had with the woodworker who is re-modeling our entertainment center for us. He has gone above and beyond what we expected from him! We recommend Elite A/V very highly!

The techs were very professional and kept me updated on their arrival time and they were prompt and very courteous. They even removed their shoes! When they were done, they made sure I understood how everything worked and answered all my questions They made recommendations on how to simplify everything which I will do at a later date I am very pleased with the service they provided and will definitely use them again in the future!
