They had a TV install deal for like $99 or something. I was going to get some additional work done and when they gave me a quote the price was way out of line. So I told them no thank you and then they came back with hey well we'll work with you and I was like if you're going to deal with me then I need the best price your going to get from the get go.

Excellent customer service. We had set up an appointment for 1:30 pm but the team got delayed on their previous job. They called and let me know they would be delayed and gave me an ETA of their new arrival time. I really appreciated that! They walked me through the entire process and gave me various options and price quotes to help me make the best decision for our household. I was amazed at all they do. I will be using them again, in the near future, to help troubleshoot my home intercom system as well as purchase, from them, as well as install, a new audio receiver. Elite A/V is definitely a great company and well worth the call if you are having AV issues or you are interested in purchasing new equipment.

Communication was great the whole entire process with them. From the first call I gave them after I found their number on Angies List, I was set up with an appointment for my consultation to set up my home theater for my upstairs loft that same day. Chris was great with seeing what I needed along with what to set up for my entertainment center with the current speakers I was going to bring in. His partner Jeremy was always quick to respond when I had questions and these guys quoted me a cheap rate compared to some other offers I received. When it came to the day of the installation, these guys came prepared. I moved into a brand new home and these guys did everything possible to keep it clean and new. They were very careful when cutting the holes for my ceiling speakers, never left an imprint on my crawl space entrance, vacuumed every spot they touched throughout the install, and wore shoe covers over all the tile/carpet throughout my home. They spent the time setting up the banana plugs on the 16 gauge speaker wire while measuring the proper length for my needs from each speaker to the wall. The centerpiece had all the wires managed and tied together to keep it clean. They ran wiring through to the front, hiding all the cables without having to cut through any drywall to cross to the other side of the wall. Each wire was terminated with a keystone jack that was professionally cut and placed. They mounted my 65" television with a tilting wall mount which I purchased through them. The television looks flawless with the perfect angle and level. These guys had fun while they were working on my set-up the whole day. They seem to really enjoy what they do and it shows by the quality of work they put into my home. It was all the little things that I was very impressed with and would definitely ask them to do other projects in the future.

AMAZING RESPONSE AND SERVICE!!! I called Elite A/V and owner Jeremy answered at 6:30p Friday evening July 3rd on a holiday weekend and their tech Dillon was here by 8:45p! Wow! Since installation three years ago (by Best Buy) we've had an intermittent issue with our audio dropping out from our TV/Cable/Receiver system. It was like there was some sort of secret mystery remote control button combination that would totally shut down the audio but we still had picture. As equally confusing was there was no apparent or consistent fix that restarted the audio. I've spent at least a dozen hours plugging, unplugging, wading through menus etc plus Cox / LG tech support to no avail. I've worked in film and television my entire life so it's not like I'm a neophyte. The tech, Dillon was polite, professional and apparently very knowledgeable as he had our audio up within 10-15 minutes. What he found was that during the original setup the installer had assigned conflicting input/outputs to the same HDMI port and instead of just looking for an HDMI signal from the cable box, it was also looking for an optical audio signal from the coaxial cable at the same time. This created a conflict in the port and was causing our problem. That may not be a 100% accurate description but it's as close as I can remember. Since I thought this was likely some sort of remote controller issue, I had asked them to bring out a universal remote system. However, once I explained to Dillon how we use our system, he said there was really no need to spend money on an expensive fancy remote for our basic use and needs. What a hero! The repair cost was more than reasonable and Dillon left with a handsome gratuity for his honesty and great attitude! I'll be calling these guys back next week for some home automation needs and I highly recommend this vendor to anyone!

They came out and were very polite and professional but I never received a quote or a follow up phone call about the work so I assume they don't want my business.

We called Elite A/V to correct problems with our TV and remote left behind by another vendor. They were highly responsive, on time, super friendly and cleared up an issue left behind by another vendor who simply threw their hands up in the air and left. We will not hesitate to recommend Elite to our friends.

really nice guys,, they knew what they were doing.. very knowledgeable.. didnt try to over price me with some of the materials they needed to use..( i needed longer wires.) they cleaned up after they were done.. extremely happy with the results.

Elite A V repaired the coaxial cable problems within the time frame promised. Very knowledgeable technician, I am planning on having him return in a few months to rewire the outdoor speakers in my backyard. Would highly recommend this business, very pleased.

Very responsive, arrived on time. Professional and friendly. Had spent a lot of time texting and emailing back and forth before arrival to make sure we had correct equipment and accessories. VERY patient with this somewhat techno-dumb lady. Explained what needed to be done and got right to work. Very free with advice and suggestions to personalize our system, left us with clear I steuctions and an invitation to call directly if we had any questions with the set up. Thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely be ou first call if we decide to reconfigure or purchase new equipment.

The men gave good notice of arrival, arrived on time, were courteous, wore shoe coverings to 'protect' my light carpet, installed the home theatre speakers in the walls in good time, and completely cleaned up all the mess. Jeremy then took the time to set-up and school me on the use of a new universal remote which I had purchased on-line. I highly recommend their service.
