The worst car detail we have ever had. They said that Angie listed called it detailing but ithey said was suppose to be only a wash and spot cleaning and shampooing the interior. My husband paid them the $15 upcharge they said was due because our car was dirty ( i wouldn't have needed them if it was clean). I saw the car After they left and all the spots remained on the cloth seats and they weren't even damp....so no shampooing. I called them immediately to let them know they forgot to spot clean and shampoo, but they told me they had spot cleaned the seats and they weren't coming back. I went out and finished cleaning the car and was able to get all the spots out. DO NOT use this company. All they do is complain your car is a mess and they want extra money!

Ramon and Gregory were very professional and personable. From watching them I saw they took pride in their work from every detail to gas tank, hood and trunk. I would definitely recommend them and will reuse them for regular upkeep of my new car) Thanks for an awesome job!

After purchasing the coupons (I purchased two), based on the posting that indicated Henderson was included in the service area, I spoke with the company to schedule the services. When we discussed my location, which is at the eastern edge of Henderson, he indicated it was too far.

1. We purchased a Big Deal group coupon for? this service. Paid in advance. Doc showed up with what appeared to be in my opinion an inebriated street dweller as a helper who, begged us for coffee and cigarettes the entire time. Doc immediately informed us that it would cost extra (not noted in contract) to clean the carpets of one vehicle due to slight amounts (dog had been in car twice for 30 minutes, border collie light? shedding) of dog hair. Rude from beginning to end, never stopped complaining about how long it was taking too clean 2 recently purchased cars which have only been driven in the city and had surface dirt. Had to be cajoled into actually cleaning the dirt from the leather seats and other spots & when the spots were pointed out the helper would exclaim "oh yeah I see it, I see it" Never did clean the cloth seats of the other vehicle. Could continue but will save my breath. A horrible experience.

I called 702-370-0181, at 5:39 pm and spoke to a gentleman (name not ascertained) who asked that I call back on Thursday (unspecified time) June 26, to set an appointment for Friday, June 27, as he stated that he would be in my area. I sent a text message to 702-370-0181 on Thursday morning at 7:50 am, requesting a return call. I also called this same number at 9:28 am, leaving a voice mail message, requesting a return call. As of this writing, I have not received a response. Overall, this experience has confirmed my belief that if something is too good to be true, be aware!

Showed up right on time and finished the job within an hour. The car looks great, both inside and out. Price was about half of what most places charge for an auto detail.

Everything was great. Arrived on time and did an outstanding job detailing my very dirty car.

I had been wanting to do this for a long time. Doc and his partner came to the house. They were very efficient and did a great job cleaning the inside and outside of my Honda. I did pay $15 extra because of dog hair, I have two, Doc had told me ahead of time when I set up the appointment that there was an extra charge so I was prepared. Very pleasant experience. Thanks Doc!

These guys are good - professional, courteous, fast and careful workers and once an appointment is made they show up on time or call and let you know there is a delay and what time they will be to you - the only hitch with them is making appointments - you must call the day before you want the job done - you cannot call a week in advance to schedule - makes it a little hard to get it on my calendar with my schedule - but once it is scheduled they will be there - good job and i will use them again.

Pricing terms were explicit and fair. These guys were able to book us a few days out....showed up on time, and did a fantastic job.

It went great and I will be using Doc for more of his service. He and his helper did a great job. Looks like a new car - the only negative I have is that he is a little hard to get a hold off and he won't take reservations more than one day in advance - For those of us on a schedule it would it would be easier if we could make reservations a couple of days or even a week a head of time . Once on site his work is excellent.

All went well. Very convenient and flexible with times.

The only downside to my interaction with this company was that it was hard to get the work scheduled. I would still use them again. The price is reasonable and the work top notch!
