The man was rude to my sister. and then he stated for $140 it only included soap. It didn't include removing stains. if we wanted to remove stains it just the high traffic areas, it would cost $475. If we wanted to remove the stains on all the carpet, it would cost us $690.

Has never been done. I called back in March to make an appointment and the guy said that he only takes appointments for Monday and Tuesdays. So I said I would e-mail him some dates. I sent him the dates that would be good for me and have never heard from him. I would like a refund for this work ($59.00) that has never been done.

It didn't. You guys gave me a refund.

He would not schedule a timeframe, then when he discovered we lived in upper Henderson he said "we don't go that far".

Not a great job for the money. Had other detailing places for less money and did a great job.

Ok. Nothing special. Could have obtained the same service at one of the better car washes in Las Vegas.

I bought two coupons in November 2016, planning to use one right away, the second just before it expires in May. But I had a great deal of trouble reaching "Doc" and, when I did, scheduling an appointment, sometimes due to questionable weather, sometimes his schedule during the holidays. We finally got everything together in early March. He did an excellent job, although there now will only be two months between detailings, which I prefer to do every six months. However, I also had him check out the house into which I just moved and give me an estimate on both carpet and tile. His prices were highly competitive and I'll probably use him the first time I have the carpets cleaned.

He did a great job but I found out that he didn't really come to our city. I won't be having him anymore but he did a good job. Price was great. Their punctuality was fine once we made connection. We won't use them because they don't come in this area.

I cannot speak to the quality of their work since he was unable to accommodate my time frame. I can't say if I was wrong in assuming that the timeframe I asked for was inappropriate, but Doc doesn't use the Angie's List scheduling system, so after I booked the appt., be never called to verify or inform me that he didn't have time to do the work I needed done in the timeframe I needed. I booked on a Thurs, needed the car cleaned by Monday Morning and he said he couldn't do the work until Wed. Ultimately, I had to cancel and get a refund.

2011 Dodge Ram truck. A) showed up 3 days late B) demanded an additional $60 because it was an extra big cab (really?) so I paid him because I needed the truck clean because family was coming to town that day. C) wash and wax was in the description, he did not wax at all, only a wash and towel dry, I watched him from my kitchen window. D) the interior was poorly vacuumed, and the windows were poorly cleaned. Worst $119.00 detail I have ever had. But he was a very nice person.

It went well.had to pay $50 extra for the carpet cleaning. Looked great when it Was done.

Provider would not come out to my area

They did a professional job. They vacuumed the inside, and wiped down everything. They exceeded my expectations.

Left a few smudges on the entrance of the car and says that they wouldn't come off. I took a cleaner and wipe it off and it came off.

There has been no service, there hasn't even been a call back. I purchased two of these Big Deal from Docs Carpet Cleaning for my business partner and myself. I sent an email through Angies List requesting dates for the mobile detailing and giving my contact information. After several days with no call back I called the number listed - the mail box was full. I then tried the contact page from Docs website. No answer back. Several weeks later I tried all three ways again; I get it. He may have been overwhelmed by the response. So giving him a couple weeks should have given him time to start responding. No such luck. Last week I tried again and voice mail was still full and no response from website or Angies List. Time to give up and move on. Very unprofessional in not returning calls or emails.

I haul 3 boys (8 and under) around and the inside of the car looked like the floor of a movie theater! They did an outstanding job....looks like new again. I won't be able to use them again as they have a 20 mile service radius that I was not aware of. If that changes, I would definitely use them.

They were first reluctant to go to my home address because they said it was out of their way and might charge me extra to do so. I told them that was not part of the agreement. So they scheduled coming over at their convenience when they had other clients to service, not my timeline. For the work and price they did, I could have gone to a Shell gas station that does comprehensive detailing and did it without appointment.

I have tried numerous times to schedule with this provider via phone. I call and leave messages and he never returns our calls. One call he said we need to call the day before. The most recent time he said I'll call you back and never returned the call. I have now requested a refund from Angie's List.

I wasn't that happy with it because I thought I was getting a special, but when he got here he quoted higher prices and the amount skyrocketed. The gentlemen was very polite, it just wasn't what I expected.

Doc and his associate did a great job. They were on time, well equipped, and very professional. They cleaned up as they went and took care not to damage my abutting wood floors with their machine and cleaning solution.

Had a hard time getting a hold of someone to schedule. Had to keep calling and leaving messages but once I got the service scheduled, I am completely satisfied with the job they did and would use them again.

I called them to schedule an appointment (3 times) and the last 2 calls, he said he wasn't able to do the work quite yet, but would call me back in a couple weeks, but I never heard from him.
