I called this provider hoping to get them to help me with my glass door repair...I girl answered and put me on hold. I waited for more than 5 minutes. Yes... I looked at the time... I just hanged up and called another company here at Angie's List...They should not let incoming customers wait that long.

We had to take the broken piece in, & they took-it from there. very good job. finish in the time promise.

Provider will replace several windows in my house (we live on a golf course) within the next couple of weeks.

They are very courteous, very professional and did an excellent job. They did give us discount. We were satisfied.

The service man showed up at the scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He took careful measurements and then quoted a price. He double-checked with the office to confirm the price. I gave him a check for half of the cost. He said the window would be ready for installation in a week. Follow-up was not that great. After 2 weeks passed, I called the office and the person I talked to acted like the window had just arrived. She scheduled a day and time for installation. The service man showed up on time and installed the window with no problems. My only complaint with the service was the lack of follow-through on scheduling the installation.

The overall experience was OK. The initial response was very quick but we had to call after 2 weeks for the status of the window. A gentleman came out within a couple days to replace the window and track but he did not tint the window, someone else had to come and do that process. I would this company again but I would shop around first.

They were very professional from start to finish. Everything started with an initial call where they gave me an estimate over the phone which was followed up by an on-site quote. Once the work was scheduled, they showed up on time and performed the work with minimal interruption. I am very satisfied with Davis Glass and would use them again.

This is the first time in my life I had a broken house window. I looked up Davis on Angies List and called. I received a senior discount. They were totally on time and did a great job. They were not only able to replace my glass, but came a second time to replace my security coating. I didn't have to call 2 companies, they did it all! I strongly recommend this company. They not only displayed professionalism but every one that I spoke to over the phone and the workmen were respectful of me and my property and they had expert knowledge and "personality"!

The day started out with a mini disaster for my renters. Thank goodness for Angie's List and the fact that Davis Glass was still open when I called. As promised they were able to get out to the property that Saturday evening and replace the window on site as the evening temperatures were below freezing.

They were able to return within a few weeks to do the repair and replace the screens. Everything went smoothly. I feel that they were a good vale for the services provided.

Window estimate and measurement was timely & accurate. Received timely technician estimated arrival calls Technicians were experienced and acknowledgeable. Installation & clean-up was completed efficient.

Long story short, I contacted Davis Glass to come out and provide an estimate for a second story double paned sealed low-e window. They were responsive and scheduled a measurement & estimate for a couple of days later. The tech showed up on time and was professional. After taking measurements, he provided me an estimate with options. I opted to go ahead and pay in full and get the sealed double pane ordered; I provided my CC info and signed off on the invoice. The tech stated that it would take 4-5 business days to get the unit in and they would call me to schedule the install. After a week, I had not been contacted. I decided to be patient and give them a few days more to call me. Two weeks after the initial service call, I contacted Davis Glass back and after a brief hold, they told me that the pane had not even been ordered yet. They apologized and stated that they would rush the order. A week later they called me to state that the pane was in and to schedule the installation. At installation, the same tech arrived on time. While removing the existing single pane that was left, the tech dropped the pane on the outside accidentally, shattering in the backyard. I was informed that this happened, he apologized and stated that he would shopvac up as much of the glass as possible. As I had my toddler at home with me, I did not want to go out with the broken glass. The rest of the install was completed and he apologized for the breakage, adding that almost all of the glass was up. After he left, and my child was at daycare, I went out to inspect the glass and found that while dropping that pane, it damaged the screen and window below on the first floor. I was not informed of this and needless to say I was not too happy and probably will not be calling on Davis Glass for any additional work. ******** Update ******** Davis glass arranged for the damage to be repaired at no cost to me. Classy move. There is still hope for world class service in Las Vegas. Thank you Davis Glass.

I thought they were great all around. They were very polite and friendly and really care about their customers.

I called on 5/25 to get an estimate on replacing a single paned window. I gave the telephone contact the approximate measurements and was told that the cost would be about $130 less a discount of 10%. As this was going into the Memorial Day weekend, we made an appointment for May 31, between 9 AM and noon. At about 11:55AM I received a phone call saying that their personnel was delayed at another location, but they would send someone else out to measure. They gentleman came within 20 minutes and contacted the office, indicating that since the window was less than 18" off the ground, the window had to be tempered glass to meet code. I was then informed that the price of the window would be $180 and it would take about 4 days to get the glass. They installion was completed on June 5th.

I called Davis glass & mirror to have them fabricate a custom cut insulated window; the turnaround normally would be two days (or so they stated), but since I called them on a holiday weekend they got it to me in 4 days. The cut cost me $101 and some change, which overall isnt a horrible price for the glass. I then had them come out several days later to install the window (I attempted to install it myself but found the project a little too daunting). They came out the next day and installed the window in 30 minutes; the service cost me $150 since it was a second story job. If it was a first story job they quoted me $85. With the exception of showing up a little late, they were fast, professional and reasonably priced (I'd pay a few more bucks for a reputable business who guarantees their work). I would recommend this company to anyone who needs glass replaced!

They did not show up for a 3 hour window appt time. I wasted an afternoon.

The lower section of a full-length sliding window in the ground floor bedroom was broken. I called Davis Glass and they were able to send someone out the next day. Vincent measured the window, then explained that the broken pane was regular glass. To bring the window to code and ensure greater safety (window was within 8 inches of floor), it would have to be replaced with safety glass. He got a quote and I decided it was worth it to replace the lower section of both halves of the window. Vincent, was also the one who did the work. He was on time, professional and quick. When I'm ready to get my other windows replaced, Davis Glass is the company I'll call.

FROM THE INITIAL CALL TO THEIR OFFICE, EVERYTHING WAS HANDLED VERY PROFESSIONALLY. THEIR INSTALLER CAME OUT AND PROVIDED US WITH A QUOTE AND RETURNED 5 DAYS LATER FOR THE INSTALLATION. WE ORDERED THE DUAL-PANE, LOW E ENERGY GLASS. VINCENT, OUR INSTALLER ARRIVED PROMPTLY, WAS VERY ORGANIZED AND PROFESSIONAL. HE TOOK EXTRA CARE IN CLEANING ONE OF OUR WINDOW FRAMES - THAT SHOWED THEY HAVE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. WE HAD RECEIVED QUOTES FROM THE "BIG BOX' STORES, AND THEY SAID WE HAD TO REPLACE THE FRAMES AND WINDOWS. WE WANTED TO REPLACE ONLY THE GLASS IN THE WINDOWS. DAVIS GLASS PROVIDED THIS SERVICE, AND OF COURSE THE PRICE WAS VERY ATTRACTIVE. WE WOULD RECOMMEND DAVIS GLASS AND MIRROR.

Contacted davis by phone. Sent employee for estimate. Made a 50% deposit. Was told that window would be ready for in stallation in 7-10 days. After two weeks, I called and was told the window was on its way to be installed. No call prior to my call. Luckily we were home. Installation was done quickly and professionally. Cleaned up after installation. Pleased with work, but not communications.
