Poor communication between order taker client and worker assigned to the job. Worker came to my home with the wrong tools. After discussion of job requirements worker left without taking measurements saying he would check their stock for seal material we discussed. Client called the next day to check status only to be told that they would have to order material and needed 50% down to get started. How do you order material when you don't know how much you need? Never talked about needing 50% down to start a job. Poor experience all the way around!

Davis was great, the rep showed up on time and was done in about 20 minutes, using the existing frame of my garage window and replacing just the broken glass. Very satisfied.

Worked was done properly without any issues, however, I found it to be more expensive than other glass companies . I was told that I would be notified once my order is ready and will be contacted to schedule service. Unfortunately, no one called to give me an update about my order and I had to contact two times to check on the status of my order & to book an appointment for service. I decided to go with Davis Glass based on positive review from other customers. Overall, I am satisfied with the work, but they can improve on their customer service and follow up on customer orders.

Very professional - the estimator and the installer, Darryl were great as was the office, including Cindy. The work had to be done from the roof and inside using a very high ladder.

Came when they said they would. Ordered glass and returned when scheduled to install. Very professional. New windows look great.

Stay away from this company. It is a nightmare to do business with. What should have taken one week stretched out to over a month. The first install was missed with no phone call, no text. I found out the next day that they had broken a piece of glass at the shop and had to reorder. They showed up for the next install but after putting up the frame discovered that the glass they brought was 6 inches higher than the frame. They had to take the whole thing down and start over. Finally got the product installed but the material is substandard and the quality of the workmanship is suspect. There’s a big gap at the bottom of the shower door and they are trying to tell me that’s it code. Really? They don’t bother to cover their shoes when they come in and track hot asphalt all over the carpets. Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

Davis was on time and reasonable in price. I have used them before and will do so in the future.

Excellently. They repaired my windows when no one else would. I'm very happy - I thought I would have to replace them.

Dennis came an gave an estimate and in a timely manner, Darryl and Derrick of Davis Glass came and replaced the glass which included removing the door and re-hanging it. They did the work outside on their truck so there was no broken glass, etc. in the house. Very pleasant and efficient as was Cindy in the office.

Fast, reliable and efficient installation of a large and medium sized double pane system. Fabrication was the only part of the process that somewhat slowed the job.

The sales rep and install techs were all prompt, helpful, and very knowledgeable. My other main choice of security film was 3M film, another strong choice of four prime manufacturers in the U.S. but they were double the price. We will use David Glass & Mirror again.

Long delay, poor customer service. Failure to call back or follow thru. Promise 4 day wait, took 20 days. Final product good

Dennis was right on time and secured the glass door handle from the pieces I left trying to do it myself. I obviously did not have the right tools! He mentioned there were washers that needed to be inserted on each end of handle which I didn't do. Also exchanged the bottom door sweep since water was leaking when my mom used the shower. Thank you so much for putting everything back together for us! Barb

Scheduled an estimate through Angie's, got an estimate, ordered the replacement glass, which arrived within a month. Davis missed the first scheduled date for install, which was on a Saturday. Called them back and they sent Chis out the following Monday. Chris worked carefully and very professionally, completing the job in just over an hour. My impression is that Davis provides excellent service for window repairs.

The pane on the fixed side of a sliding window suffer seal failure. I contacted Davis Glass & Mirror of Las Vegas and the receptionist scheduled an installer to check out the problem and provide an estimate. The install came on 8/13/2015 took a number of measurements and call in for a price which was quoted to me. After accepting the bid I paid $100 and was told the building of the replacement would take several weeks or more. I received a call from Davis Glass & Mirror that the replacement was in and scheduled an install date. The installer arrived again within the time window quoted and installed the replacement. All the people that I dealt with were extremely courteous and professional. If I ever have glass issues again I would not hesitate to have Davis Glass & Mirror deal with the issue.

The technician was professional, nice, and courteous. He came to measure and he went above and beyond the call of duty.

We were doing a remodel of our master bath and wanted to replace the mirror molding surrounding it. The mirror is 85 by 43 inches. I tried to get the old molding off and in the process I broke the mirror. So, we called Davis Glass after doing a quick search online. I was impressed with the initial contact and set an appointment to have the broken mirror with an estimate of $170. They called before coming at the scheduled time. There were supposed to be two workmen but only one showed up as the other one had to do go back to the business location to pick up some mirror molding to show us that they forgot. The first workman had the mirror completely removed within an hour and buy the time the second workman showed up. We were doing a remodel of our master bath. They suggested that we should wait until the old counter top was removed to measure for the new mirror. They said give them a call when it was removed and they could quickly stop by to do the measuring. I overheard the workman calling in to get our bill say that it only took an hour to remove the mirror so it should only be $85! Wow! Can you believe it? I was really impressed. We called them after the counter top was removed and they came out and measured for the new mirror. We elected to get the beveled glass surround applied to the new mirror which was installed and looks great. We are glad I broke the old mirror because the new one looks so much better! What a pleasure to find a company with good people from the initial contact to the the ones that come out and do the work. We highly recommend Davis Glass. Thank you!

The came out to do an estimate on a window repair. The arrive time was schedule from 1 - 4. They arrived at 4:40. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt since it was also the day of the mini Las Vegas earthquake. They had to order the part. After 5 minutes he took my info. and said they would call when it came in. After the part arrived, I set up an appointment to install the part. and again was given the window of arrival from 1 - 4. They didn't get there until 4:30. Both times I had to call to see what was going on and if they were coming. I feel like I wasted two afternoons waiting for them to come. Besides the punctuality, they did a good job. Replaced the part I need at an excellent price. I am unsure if I would use them again after they were late twice.

it went great, he came on time, looked at the problem, gave me 3 options and quoted prices, the one i chose was an easy fix and he did it right then and their, took less than an hour

Had a broken double paned window. Called Davis Glass and spoke with Carol on a Wednesday morning. Based on my description of the problem she gave me a price quote and scheduled me for the next day. The next day Carol called to tell me that Rick was on his way. He arrived promptly and took measurements, answered questions I had and told me the new window would be ready in 3-5 working days. In 3 working days Carol called to say the window was ready and got me scheduled. Carol called the morning of the installation to tell me Rick was on his way. He was there in 15 minutes. He had the broken window out in seconds and took it out to the truck where he promptly removed it from the frame and put the new double pane of glass in. Rick worked quickly and efficiently. Bringing the new replacement window back into the house he had it installed in place within a few seconds. He made sure the window worked well in opening and closing several times. The window opens and closes now better than before it was broken. I highly recommend Davis Glass for their customer service and professionalism and work. Carol and Rick answered any and all questions that I had. The price was very reasonable based on my checking around and the job was done quickly and efficiently. I hope I don't have any more broken windows but if I should I would call Davis Glass right away for the repair work.
