Description of Work: They contacted me almost as soon as I signed up for the service, I didn't have to call them. They came out to the house in a very short time and were punctual. The owner did an estimate, and his worker stayed to do the work. He was diligen, and I was very pleased @ how my floor looked.

Description of Work: Had slightly more than 300 sq ft, therefore the higher price. He arrived on time and was very diligent to make sure that he did no damage to woodwork corners, etc. Unfortunately there was some type of defect in the grout that caused an "effloresence" or a powder white looking substance on the grout. He had pointed it out in one area but subsequently it was showing up everywhere. I contacted D&A to ask what I could do to get rid of it. He came over and looked at it, said it would require a certain chemical and completely redoing the cleaning and sealing. He then came back and completely redid the entire job with the extra chemical completely free of charge! That's what I call great service and going much more than the extra mile. In the end the tile and grout came out great. I'm very impressed by the level of service by D&A Carpet Cleaning.

Description of Work: Deven cleaned and sealed the tile in a home we recently purchased. Every facet of the experience was excellent from his first arrival to his departure, and the quality of the work was absolutely first rate.
