D & A arrived promptly. They were very professional and took a lot of time cleaning the floor. When they were done, the floor and grout looked outstanding. They did a great job.

Paid extra for stairs. Good job. He finished the job in the time specified.

The provider did an excellent job. He was late, but he stayed until the job was finished and did not rush to get it done.

He was very nice to work with. He was honest in letting me know that he only cleans the grout and mine was a type of painted grout. I will use him once we get the grout fixed.

The original deal was $149, but the extra square footage added another $230. He did an excellent job, but I thought the price was a little high.

It was fantastic. Even though I ran over on my square footage amount, he did not charge me extra, he did it for the cost of the coupon. I have recommended this provider to a number of people already because he was so good. The job he did was excellent. I talked to people who has had their grout cleaned and has said don't expect a whole lot, my grout looks like it was brand new and it's 13 years old. He just did a spectacular job.

I called Deven and we set an appt for him to come by and have a look. He called to let me know when he was on his way. He gave us a great price and thoroughly explained the process to us, so we'd know what to expect. He also let us know that he would call prior to his arrival time to let us know if he'd be exactly on time, as he strives to please each and every customer and after seeing what he can do, folks generally want to "add" something or discuss more services upon seeing for themselves the amazing results. I am pleased beyond belief and will never get on my hands and knees to scrub a floor again. We moved in 15 years ago today and that's how "new" my tile and very light colored grout look today. Thank you Deven!! And you bet we will be recommending you to all of our business owner friends and neighbors. Simply fantastic!

Devan came out to give me an estimate for carpet cleaning and some grout. We agreed on a price and set a day and time of 12:00. He called at 12:30 on the day he was scheduled and said he got tied up and could not make it that day. Offered to come on Thursday but I had cleared my day ( and prepped rooms for him to clean) and could not be home on thursday. He said he would call back to reschedule but I did not hear back from him. BIG WASTE of time..... Meeting with him and than a no show!! I give him a big fat F.

I purchased this service as a gift for my daughter. What she wanted was to have the grout cleaned in both of her condo bathrooms -- shower and tub walls. The advertisement was for grout cleaning so we assumed that any grout would be okay. As it turns out, it was for floor tile only as they use a machine to do the work. Irregardless, my daughter was completely satisfied with the work performed. She reported that they were super friendly and accommodating. They did their very best to clean the wall grout and did the floor grout too. She said they were wonderful and she would definately call them first if she needs her grout cleaned in the future.

Outstanding. Deven completed the job and it looks great. I wanted some upstairs tile cleaned that would have cost extra, but Deven said that I should have some other work done prior to his cleaning......offered to do it if I wanted, but suggested I wait even though it cost him the extra dollars. You do not find that everyday. Thanks!

Did an outstanding job in cleaning and sealing the tile grout in several rooms. Two months later, it still sparkles.

We were moving, so the house was empty. Devon, the owner, was a pleasure to use and did an excellent job. The carpet looked great after he cleaned it.

Did an excellent job. Returned promptly to remove a few stains that was discovered afterwards on the lower part of a stainless refrig. and dishwasher door. Highly recomended.

Everything went well. Darren was the person I worked with. He was pleasant, took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. He did an excellent job. I would most definitely use this company again. My tile and grout looked brand-new after he completed his job.

When Deven returned to do the job he had an idea of a less expensive way to clean the tile and leave the grout sealed. He showed us the easy fix (Windex). He tried it on about 10 tiles, it seemed to work, he suggested we try cleaning all the tile this way and, if it didn't solve the problem he'd come back and do the work. The charge: Nothing!!!! He's not only a nice guy, he's a wise and honest business man. He could have done the work we had agreed to but he had come up with an easier and less expensive (for us) fix. Two visits to the house, problem solved, and at no cost to us. He knows flooring and helped us out. We'll use him again for sure!

Company was very responsive in scheduling service when we needed it done. Devan came in on time and went right to work. He did also take time to explain the condition of our tile, what he was doing to address some problem areas and some helpful do's and don'ts for taking care of our tile. He worked hard and did a great job. Excellent personality and customer service. I'd highly recommend Devan and this company.

They were awesome. Our carpets are older and the staining goes down to the pads but D & A was able to make them look great and they still look good. The tile and grout had never been professionally cleaned and after seeing the job they did, I wish I had them do the job years ago!

Deven came by and did the job by himself. He came on time and finished within 2 hours as promised. There was little to no odor with the chemicals used and we are extremely satisfied with the job. I would not hesitate to call again.

Everything went very well. He arrived on time and measured the areas that we wanted done. We had paid for the special which was $149 for 300 sq. ft., but we had more sq footage so it cost us an additional $230. He got right to work cleaning and sealing the grout. It took about 4 hours and we were able to walk on the tiles in between the grout lines. It took 2 days to dry completely and the grout looked very good. It was not really bad to begin with, but there was a definite improvement. He was very professional and very polite.

Outstanding service! From the phone call to schedule appt & estimate! The owner (Devon), didn't rush me off the phone, answered all my questions & gave me a quote for approx. cost. On the day of service, Devon called me 45 min before arrival. When Devon arrived, he went over all the carpet in the house and discussed with me my cleaning options. With the Angie's List discount, for over 2000 sq feet of carpet, $245. Which I feel was very fair, given the high traffic area in the family room and stairs. And Devon didn't try to sell me pre-stain treatment like his competitors! Overall, great experience. Devon is very professional, courteous, and I highly recommend! I will definitely call him when needed at our new home!

Devon showed up amidst us moving into a new house with appliance deliveries and new carpet being installed. He introduced himself and we discussed options. He measured the area of tile (which is most of the house) and explained the entire procedure to me, and then provided an estimate as to what the cost would be in addition to the Groupon coupon I had purchased. We scheduled a date for him to come back out and do the work. He showed up on the day and time as scheduled. He and a helper worked on cleaning and sealing the grout (by hand). It took them approximately 3-4 hours to complete the task. The amount estimated was the total amount collected. The tile looked great and a year later is still looking good. Wasn't sure if the cost per sq. foot was good or not; however, friends who own a business said that the price per sq. foot was EXCELLENT.

They arrived on time, performed the job quickly and thoroughly, explained what they were doing, why, and what they were using.

They did a good job. They came back to get a couple of spots and they took care of it.
