Deven responded promptly when called and it was easy to arrange an mutually agreeable time. He arrived on time and we negotiate an acceptable price for an area in addition to what the offer covered. He worked quickly and professionally and provided some tips on how to maintain the floors.

By far the most professional that has come to my house, Dylan was excellent, you would be crazy to have anyone else do floor cleaning.

The one man team was very punctual. Came in and got right to work. As soon as he finished the job at our home he drove to the apartment we had moved from and got right to work. Overall experience was very smooth and professional.

I got the name and number when I was looking for carpet cleaners on Angie's list, I called on Friday and the owner picked up the phone and said he could accommodate the next day by sending one of his employee's and assured me I would be happy. Gustavo was the technician that arrived at my door and saw what needed to clean and actually never tried to upsell me for a more expensive price. I showed him my 7 year old micro fiber sectional couch that had numerous stains and and black spots of dirty feet being put on it, he said he could clean right then and gave me a very fair price. What I liked about Gustavo was that he took his time and never seem to be rushed and spent a considerable amount of time making sure my couch was spotless! My daughter came home and she said it looked like we purchased a new couch. Great job on the carpets and took away some pet stains we had. He also cleaned the top of a chair real quick for me and a spot on my daughters carpet ...great customer service! Will definetly be calling D&A again.

I had an excellent experience working with D&A. Devin answered my call on a Thursday night and adjusted their schedule so he could fit me in for a Saturday appointment. Also, he was courteous and told me to hold off on purchasing an Angie's List "Big Deal" until the technician stopped by for a quote which could be cheaper. I really appreciated that honesty. The technician, Gustavo, was very friendly and efficient. He answered all my questions and even included cleaning extra areas like the patio cement which had stains on it. Overall, I would highly recommend this company!

They did a fantastic job! I called the owner who was very responsive and scheduled a tech to come on on the 4th of July morning.The tech sprayed a solution first on the grout to loosen the debris. Then he proceeded to clean the tile and grout with a truck mounted device. After that he applied grout sealant. The job was quick and he was tidy, price also very reasonable. I will use their services again!

Did a good job cleaning the tile, but I expected them to seal the grout. They did use a sealer, but it was sprayed on and I doubt it will last long. The leader was good to deal with, but his partner appeared sullen and uncommunicative. It took about two hours to do the job and they charged over $500 which I think is too much for the time spent and service provided.

I originally asked Deven to clean my tile & grout only but when he showed up to perform the service, I asked about carpet cleaning as well. He gave me a quote & performed both services at that time - no returning at a later time/ date. After the completion he told me he had misquoted the total cost (in my favor) but was going to stand by his quote. I asked "by how much" had he misquoted & he simply stated that it didn't matter - he was standing by the quote as it was his mistake. He was punctual (actually came early after calling to make sure it was OK), courteous & professional. The following day I called with a question & Deven treated me as if I were a long time, preferred customer. I highly recommend D & A Carpet Cleaning - Deven did excellent work and has integrity which is not something you see every day in a business. I will not hesitate to use Deven in the future when the need arises.

They did a great job on some very dirty tile. Professional appearance and attitude, plus they gave me tips on how to keep my white tile white. I would highly recommend them.

From the first call to the end of the transaction it was great to work with D&A. They actually called and asked me if they could come early, and that was awesome to get some time back in my day. Devin took the time to explain to me what the service would entail, what to expect, and the risk any grout cleaning comes with. He wanted me to be sure that I knew what to expect and potential variances in the results. They were very quick with the work they did, and took good care of the areas they worked in. The overall results have been very satisfactory to now, and I believe they actually OVER delivered on what they promised to do. Do not hesitate to use D&A !

The professional that I called and spoke with was the owner himself, which to me is a huge plus. He was very polite and was able to answer all my questions over the phone. He was very flexible with my work schedule to come out to give me an estimate, when he showed up he looked well dressed and looked professional. He told me who he was right up front and gave me a business card. I invited him into my house to take a look around and he shocked me by wearing shoe covers on his shoes, though my carpet even looked dirty he still wore them. He looked around and then within fifteen min. he gave me a in home free estimate that was final. Then we scheduled a time when he could come clean my carpets and upholstry. After that he came back on the time and date promised and started doing his work, he even put corner gaurds around my furniture and walls so the equipment would not damage my furniture and walls. He spent a decent amount of time on my carpets and furniture. He didnt seemed to be in a rush. I definitly would recomend this company
