Description of Work: We bought the subject offer and are glad we did. Dan Fleischer , came to our home today, and inspected our system. We were only expecting the unit be cleaned. He did far more, and found some serious problems. The Carrier unit was 8 years old, and had a 10 year warranty. Dan advised they ship their product wired "low cool", instead of High Cool - which is how it should have been re-wired when installed in Las Vegas. As a result, not only did the air conditioning run longer with higher utility costs, but it caused both the motor and main circuit board to overheat. They are about to fail. Dan also told us how to get the parts replaced under Carrier's warranty - saving us about $1,200. Needless to say, we will be contracting with him to provide maintenance in the future, and want "Angie" to know you recommended a great supplier.

Description of Work: We called Dan to check out our air conditioner as we thought our ductwork could be leaking in the attic. His man arriced on time, took his thermal imaging camera and videoed the entirety of our system, showed it to my husband adn discussed and explained what the pictures meant. My husband is not easily impressed with A/C guys but these folks have his approval.

Description of Work: Approximately two years ago, one of our gas packs needed to be replaced. A new one was around $5000, but Dan had a used one that he would install for around $2000. It is still working flawlessly. I believe that he is a good guy and runs a solid company.
