It went great, Dan's service technician did an excellent job breaking down all the problems with the outside A/C unit and the attic unit. Now that I know what the problems are with the units, I won't get taken for a ride by whichever A/C repair company I decide to hire to repair the units.

Very well. We had already purchased the HVAC system when our Hot Water tank failed. Dan handled both projects quickly and professionally and cleaned up so we hardly knew they had been there. He answered all of our questions and stopped by after everything was done to make sure that we were satisfied. He handled all the paperwork, permits and registrations and inspections. He will even send a team member to replace our filters each year.

We are very pleased with the service performed. Dan was neat, clean and considerate. He talked with and educated us in terms we could understand. We would use this company again.

FABULOUS service. Dan arrived on time, checked and tested my two gas furnaces, explained the process to me, told me they looked great and gave me some pointers to keep them functioning at their best, made a few small improvements to the settings, and didn't try to upsell me any other services. He was friendly, honest and polite. I will definitely use him again and would highly recommend him. We have had others before who tried to tip us off.

Dan gave the existing unit a thorough checkup. Since it is a roof unit, he took pictures of the problems he was encountering to show me. I decided to upgrade to a larger unit since the present one was not cooling the house adequately. The removal and installation went smoothly. The fan would not shut off, so Dan came back several times to replace a circuit board and to install a replacement thermostat. I am very pleased with the prompt, professional service I received and also happy with the Angie's List discount on the price of the unit.

I used an Angie's List offer to purchase an upgraded, new a/c system at an excellent price. Dan (the owner) inspected the old system, gave me an estimate, and scheduled the work for 3 days later. Dan and one employee arrived about an hour past scheduled time, and worked all day to complete the job, which they did by 5 pm. The interior cooling coil was nearly corroded through (the old system was 24 years old); Dan showed it to me in place, we discussed cost, and a new coil was found and installed. At end of day, everything was working perfectly, the area was left completely clean, and the city inspection was scheduled for the next day. Bravo, Dan's Heating and Cooling! You did good work and you did it as promised. Your service is better than I expected, and I'm happy I chose your company.

We had very good luck with him. He's our main guy for our rental and our house. He comes over quickly, he's professional, he's likable and he really gets the job done. He should be cheaper.

Everything worked out fine with them, we didn't have any trouble with them.

This was on the 4th of July. As if having your AC break down in the Las Vega area in the summer isn't bad enough, it was on the holiday, and the same day I was discharged from the hospital after hip surgery. I was barely able to get around with my a walker. I have a home warranty with AHS, and after putting in a service order I was notified that I'd be contacted on July 7 to set up an appointment. I live alone with my two dogs who likely would be severely endangered without AC, and I was in no shape to find alternate accommodations let for myself and especially not a place to take my dogs, even with a friend available to drive us. There was no use dealing with AHS at that point. An internet search for emergency AC repair led me to Dan, and he gave me a one hour window 4 hours from my call. He showed up 5 minutes early.

Dan and one of his employees installed the anti theft units on our air conditioners, 32 in all. They did all the work required in a timely fashion. Dan's heating and cooling has been my choice for the past 20 years to service my A/C units at home as well. Two of my units are 23 years old and are still working thanks in big part to Dan. One unit was replaced a year ago with a brand new Amana. So whether you need a service or a new A/C Dan is THA MAN !!
