A TRULY honest computer repair shop that cares only about making their customers happy, with a small group of handpicked technicians that LOVE what they do.That's us: Compudoc. Established in 1995 out of a small condo, Compudoc has grown over the past 20 years to have multiple commercial locations that we own on major Las Vegas roads. Having your computer go down, no matter who you are is always frustrating, when you need somebody to fix it or evaluate your best options, call us. You WILL talk to the most skilled technicians in the valley that will give you the correct information and solution for your unique situation the FIRST TIME, AND continue to support you after the work is done. If you think customer service, integrity, and quality is everything, come to Compudoc. We will NOT look down on you for your lack of knowledge like other geeks. Description of Work: The service provided was great but like a lot of the offers that say $49.00 for one hour, once they recommend other services they say you need, after paying the $49 on line, the added services cost $140 and took a couple of extra hours. If I used this company again I would make sure to not let the technician talk us into more than the allotted time that was paid for up front.

Description of Work: I thought I had at least one virus, but he said I didn't, but I had a whole lot of spyware, adware, stuff like that. It took him over an hour just to remove it all. I had some other issues like setting my tablet and cell phone to use the Internet, and he got them up and running. A couple days after he was here I wanted to print some address lables but my 'Office' was gone and the screen said I had to pay for it. Needless to say, I was upset about that. So I called him and he gave me the name of a free program (Open Office)and it works just as well.
