Description of Work: Had family in town and we were getting backup smells. Called Chief Septic and they responded that day and pumped the septic tank. Wasn't much sludge in the tank, mostly water. Only concern was they wanted to get an extra $100 for taking more water. Appreicated their quick response and their service provided.

Description of Work: These guys were great! They were on time, prepared to do the job, and very professional. I cannot say enough great things about them. They found the septic tank within minutes and had it drained and inspected within an hour. There was no spillage left from the hose on my property or my cul-de-sac which to me means they take pride in their work and their representation.The second best part about the experience was the cost. They came in under everyone else. I would recommend to anyone needing septic work to give them a call. A+++

 + -1 moreMy husband called to schedule service and they were able to come the very next day. Robert called when he was about 30 mins away. He arrived promptly and got right to work. He was very polite and finished faster than I expected. Cost was good and they advised me based on the number of people in the house, how often I should expect to repeat the service.

They informed us of what needed to be done before they started, explained and finished the entire task without any problems. The price was well within the range we shopped around for and overall they were perfect for our needs.
