We had an overflow so we needed quick help. I called one day at 5 pm and they came out the next morning. Handled the job quickly, professionally. I don't think they charged extra for the quick turnaround. Wayne, the tech, is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He understood the problem immediately - a blockage in the line caused by a poorly connected and placed riser pipe in the tank. Everything one can want in a septic emergency!

Great company to deal with. They worked around my schedule and when they had a delay called me right away to explain the problem. (with an apology for the delay) Upon arrival, the worker had me show him where the tank was and open a gate for him and he handled the rest quickly and very professionally. Start to finish was well under an hour. I had dug out the cover and made sure it was cleared enough to be lifted off as that saves considerable money. Otherwise, you have to pay for a backhoe and workers to locate and dig out the cover. Our clay rich soil can act like cement and anchor the lid in place until you break the seal loose around it. If you have an extra $500 or so, or can't find anyone who knows how , or has the time to use a shovel, that actually isn't that bad. (the dig out can cost more than the price for the clean out alone though!) I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone with a septic tank. The cost was with the lid uncovered and ready to be opened and for a 1500 gallon tank.

Company personnel refuse to empty septic tank due to the fact he did not want to look/dig for the emptying valve to connect his truck hose to septic tank. He did not want to dig for the septic tank opening. He requested that I contact Health Department and obtain a map as to the location of the Septic Tank and its opening and call him when I get the necessary map he required. He stated that his price would be close to a thousand dollars to dig for the opening and empty the tank in lieu of the four hundred plus dollars if he did not have to dig for the tank. I obtained the map of the Septic Tank, but have not tried to contact any company yet to do the job.

They showed up in the time frame I was given with a back hoe and a pump truck. We discussed where the tank might be then they used a radio transmitter to find it. Dug it up, cleaned the tank, and discussed the future maintenance. The men also sprayed high pressure water up my main sewage line to clear a blockage. Great help in an old house!

They were very good. This is the first time I had our tanks pumped, but I think they are in a good price range. They were very responsive and answered all my questions. This is the first time I've had a property with a septic tank. They were late for my appointment, but they did call me where they had a problem. I guess they had an emergency that popped up in the neighborhood. They called to see if it would be okay to go there first. They were very good to keep me updated. There was one worker. I want to say it took an hour, maybe an hour and a half. It looked like he was never. He returned everything back to normal.

Went Great. I already had dug down to the septic tank lid so we wouldnt have to 3 days for city permit. Took me a couple of hours and a few blisters but when they arrived they right to it and got me flowing right away. Fast and Furious.. Excellent Job. Thank you

Chief Septic was rated "A" within 10 miles of my house. I called Chief the morning my front yard began liquifying, and three hours later Chief showed up. Technician Robert was efficient and knowledgeable, and pumped my septic tank in record time. My only complaint is with Angie's List. The coupon button only let me schedule an appointment the next day, and then make me wait for a coupon from wherever they come from. At this writing, the coupon has yet to show up. Thankfully, Technician Robert let me use the printed Angie's List web page that I used to find Chief Septic, showing that a coupon was available. Chief gets an A-Plus from me.

It was Friday night when the "911" emergency arose and I was really hoping I could find someone who provided Saturday hours such that the service wouldn't be a premium cost. Chief posted Saturday hours, great! But even better, Darrin worked his schedule to get to us serviced Saturday morning. His evidenced care when digging to avoid sprinklers and he was very careful with the backhoe. All in all, I can confidently recommend Chief. You get what you need, quick attention, job done RIGHT and good pricing. KUDOS!

Chief Septic & Sewer were alright. They didn't pump the septic tank all the way and their price was a little higher than competitors but I'm not real sure about what they charged. They did come right out.

The job was done within the estimate. The estimate was 50% less than a similar company's quote. The crew was wonderful. All knowledgeable, hard working and great problem solvers. My system had unusual configuration. They still located pipes very quickly. Excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Company truck arrived a little earlier than scheduled time. Driver explained steps to be taken to empty the tank along with any questions I had. . Tank was emptied quickly and job site left as it was before he started.

I called a few places and check prices. They were all about the same. I needed to have my septic tank pump. I called and spoke to Karen and got it schedule for the next day. Robert was great and was there and very professional. I called back to Karen to have to pay with a credit card, because Robert did not have the credit card machine with him. Karen took my credit card over the phone on Thurs 10/31/2013 and said she will email me over a copy of the payment either on Thursday or no later then Friday 11/1/2013. It is now Monday 11/4/2013, I still do not have it. I called her again and she said she will get it out to me. Also on another note, when we bought this house June 2013 this company did the septic inspection, since I was in California at the time I was not onsite when it was done. When I called to schedule to have the septic pumped I asked it Karen can find it in her records and send me a copy. I still do not have that either. Getting the appoint schedule and them showing it GREAT!!! the follow through with the other request.... nothing yet

Robert was on time . The big problem was that his truck leaked sewage on the blacktop in front of my house and then left sewage leaks all along the path of his truck as it exited our gated community. When I called to complain, I was told by Darrell that it was normal for their trucks to leak some sewage, and they could not do anything abut it. I have filed a complaint with the Las Vegas Better Business Bureau After my first complaints (above) I got a call from Karen at Chief Septic. She profusely apologized and immediately sent a crew out to power wash the street. I am quite happy with the outcome in the end. When scheduling Chief, ask for Karen and she will make it right.

i would highly recommend this company to others...well maintained equipment, and had everything they needed to complete a difficult job.
